My family has been going to Ultimate art form for years. Me personally close to 20 years and now....I've taken my kid. Bo and the staff are the best. The shop has the an awesome selection of Body Jewelry and you can purchase extra piercing and tattoo healing products if you run out too early. They are always top notch and by the book. Clean and safe. They wouldn't have it any other way and either would I. *These are pics from a stud piercing in the nose and upper arm Tattoo about about a week later.

My experience here was great! I came in for a walk-in tattoo and and was helped immediately by the owner Bo. He was very professional and personable. I got a tattoo on my butt cheek and he even put up this little curtain so nobody could see me if they walked in. He made me feel very safe while i was there and the work he did was absolutely amazing. To make it even better the shop was actually a comfortable temperature! I'll definitely be back soon and highly recommend that everybody comes and pays Bo a visit as well :)

I could not love this place more. Bo the artist and piercist is an amazing man who does an incredible job!! I have been a returning customer of the shop and of his for 20 years now. I have gotten 6 piercings and 3 tattoos from him and do not want to go anywhere else because I feel he is the best.. When it comes to tattoos he gives you exactly what you want and does amazing job doing it. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bo has done many of my tattoos now and he always turns out great work! He has done my girlfriend's and sister's tattoos and they are all very happy with them. He is very reasonably priced and well worth every penny!

I am late to write this review, but I got my tattoo near the end of August and it finally healed about a week ago. I can say first hand my experience was amazing. BO is suoer friendly and fun to talk to. He makes the experience of getting a tattoo much easier and doesn't overcharge. The shop is super clean and sanitized between each customer. Last time I spoke to BO he was running the place by himself, which is super impressive and awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great artist.

Bo has done two of my tattoos now and they have both turned out AMAZING!! I will never go to anyone else. He is very experienced and can fill all your tattoo wants/needs! He responds quickly and sets you up with an appointment as quickly as he can! His shop is very peaceful and relaxing.

My son has been here in the past and his tattoo was good. So I thought when my son passed away suddenly in a motorcycle accident I would go here to get my memorial tattoo. Whomever the gentleman was that waited on me the day I went in was not the same man that did my son’s tattoo. Anyway I asked if he could do a memorial tattoo, he said October 11 was his first availability. Well, if you have ever lost a child, that is just too long to wait. I asked if he would recommend anyone in the area? He said ‘not with something that important’. Side note, Im not sure he had a heart in there. My thing is how are you a tattoo artist and don’t know any other talented tattoo artist?!? I am a good nurse but I also know a lot of other good nurses. Anyway, I went to The Cooper Fox in Wright City and Alexis did an amazing job! So…now you know another talented tattoo artist…you are welcome.

Called ahead about a possible walk in same day. Came in a few hours later and they were able to get my husband right in. Took about an hour start to finish. Guy did a great job! Reasonable prices, VERY clean and professional! We will be back!

Six family members went to Bo to have a heart tattoo on our wrists in memory of mom. He took the afternoon to take care of us. We all left very happy! Thank you Bo for the great service!

Stopped by to see about getting some work done. Read the reviews and seemed like a good thing. The guy seemed annoyed that we stopped by to ask questions. We got the distinct, "you're not the tattoo customers I want." vibe. Did not seem interested in our business at all. We are just normal folk, nothing out of the ordinary, our money is as green as everyone else. oh well. Guess he has a super loyal customer base and doesn't need new clients. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Regardless of whatever his problem was, we went to the other tattoo joint in Wentzville and they got us right in and were very helpful and friendly. They will be getting our business going forward.

Bo did my piercings, tools were sterile, relaxed atmosphere, skilled work, and very kind. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Art Form Tattoo in Wentzville.
