I have used this company several times. The first time was after I got new counter tops and they came out to reconnect the kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal and shut off valves. The last time was to install a new outside faucet and shut off valve. Kyle has been here twice and is very professional and friendly. He lets me know up front what the job will cost and what the job will entail. Denise in the office is very responsive and gets you on the schedule very fast. She calls you back promptly if you leave a message. Arch Plumbing is now my "go to" plumbing company.

Arch Plumbing came through for us when we had a pipe burst. This pipe had been run through the ceiling instead of the wall and it was not easy to fix. Tony was our plumber and while he wasn't able to fix the problem the same day, he did get the pipe capped so we could at least turn our water back on. I can tell you, it wasn't easy due to where the pipe was located. We scheduled another appointment for him to come back out and finish the job. He had to cut into the drywall to reroute the pipe and was careful to not cut out more than was necessary. We appreciate the attention to detail that was taken to make sure we would never have this problem again. Thanks to Tony for fixing our pipe and Denise for being a wonderful help with all the scheduling!

I couldn't stop my toilet frm continuing to run. But Kyle from Arch was here and made the repair in just a short time, doing it very professionally. I can tell you this.....if I ever need plumbing service again you can be sure I will call Arch and I am telling all my friends.

She's kind, efficient and helpful. When Brady came to do the work for us, he realized that the job was bigger than he anticipated. He could have refused or rescheduled. Instead, he went above and beyond to make sure that we had hot water again after having been without for more than seven months. His compassion and hard work on my behalf was appreciated more than I can express. I hope that I don't need to have more plumbing work done any time soon. But if I do, Arch Plumbing will be who I call.

We used Arch Plumbing for our disconnect of kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, gas cooktop and vent disconnect. Tony was the plumber and he was very professional. He kept us informed of how things were going. He was also the plumber who connected everything back up. He recommended a new garbage disposal since ours was already 13 years old. The old faucet could have been used again, but he could not guarantee for any leaks. So we had a new one installed. He reconnected the cooktop and vent with no issues. Again very professional and very competent. Would use Arch Plumbing for any of our plumbing issues in the future.

Needed a shut off valve installed for ice maker line. Called Arch Plumbing to schedule an appointment which was scheduled a few days later. Received a call the same day stating they had a cancellation and could come the same day. Tony arrived and listened to what we were needing and within 45 minutes had our valve installed and water was flowing nicely from our refrigerator water dispenser. This was the first time we had ever used Arch Plumbing and was very happy with our service. I will use Arch Plumbing again in the future when needed and will recommend to anyone I know needing a plumber. Tony came out today and replaced the shut off valve inside my house that had started leaking. He was able to work in the difficult location it was in the wall and replace it. This is the 2nd time using arch plumbing and I highly recommend them.

I recently had my bathroom finished, and my plumbing was hooked up all backwards, so my toilet had got water going to it. These guys just left like 20 minutes ago, and made this fix like 10x easier than I thought it was going to be, addressed all concerns and did a great job. Wish I found these guys sooner. The bottom of our water heater just rusted out completely – they were here in just a couple of days. Did everything so efficiently. Old one out - new one in - and at a cost that was considerably lower than our former plumbing company. Wish every contracting service was this easy.
