Called Lake Michigan Heating to assist with a business issue; customer had a broken drain line and blamed my field team for breaking it. Lake Michigan Heating worked with me to get the broken line fixed for the customer. Colton was the responding tech and was very professional and did a great job on the installation, saving my company money and making the customer happy. I also had Lake Michigan Heating out to my personal home for an AC unit quote, and the tech gave us great recommendations based on our home and didn't just try to sell us the top price appliances. He even looked at other systems such as our furnace and gave some options and recommendations for that. Overall experience was very positive, and will definitely work with Lake Michigan Heating for future issues at home and for work!

Ely was pleasant and did a super good job when he was done, you never would have known they were here. Getting the old toilet out and the new toilet in had to have been a huge project because our bathroom is so tiny. They did a great job.

Bought a house with a boiler system which I have never had before. Nigel came for a tuneup and I asked if he could give me a “Boiler 101” crash course and he took the time to explain everything to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable of our boiler down the exact specifications. Would recommend

The folks of Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing were great. Nigel stopped over and explained what the best situation would be for replacing our old boiler and hot water heater. He set us up with a high efficiency boiler and hot water on demand unit. He explained to us how it worked, how it would be installed, and how it would save us money for heating our home and for our hot water usage. Then when we hired them to install the unit the ladies at the office were great about scheduling us as soon as possible to install the unit as temps were going to be very cold. Eli, Aydin, and Dan came over to install the unit and did a bang up job. Very professional. Eli answered any questions I had and when they were done I was very happy with the installation.

Jake came out and replaced a toilet for my company, he was super-fast, detail oriented, and did a great job of explaining exactly what needed to be done, he also did a great job of making it happen! Now we finally have a working toilet after not having one for months. Thanks again, Jake :)

Had water heater issues. Called Daniel and he sent a tech to come look about an hour from our initial call. Chris came out and determined water heater was no good and he and Daniel had it replaced and brought up to code within 2 hours. I’ve had them do previous work in my home and they’re always my first call due to timely service and professionalism. Total down time without hot water was maybe 4 hours. Great work.

Mary called to let us know she would be early by two hours! When she arrived, she was professional, and informative about my furnace replacement options. She also repaired the furnace (20 years old) so we had a little life left to hold us until replacement. She was quick to schedule our Monday appointment. Daniel did a great job explaining the varying efficiency systems. He made me aware of a rebate that would allow me to keep the price of a unit within range of the first I chose. He called Synchrony Bank on my behalf twice, helping me get my account number to my existing credit line. Both were outstanding. Highly recommended! 02/06/2023 Marry and her partner, whose name I did not get, installed our furnace, and prepared us for our AC installation. A third, Nigel, walked me through my AC options clearly. He also took care of editing my prior transaction, and he listened to my concerns to make sure other aspects of the transaction were done correctly. He was very patient. He also brought the AC component, and didn't forget to lock our backyard gate. They all kept the house clean. My basement looks better than before.

Great service and communication. Service tech came out (Cole) and did a thorough job of inspecting my AC system and making recommendations (no pressure). Guided me through a thermostat upgrade as well. Highly recommended and love they support the charity Folds of Honor.

Mary Claire was wonderful! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and then took the time to explain it again on the phone to my husband who was at work. Superb!! We had an unfinished basement that we were now finishing, and we worked with Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing to plumb a bathroom, connect a water line, and install HVAC ducts & vents. Every interaction from quote to completion was extremely prompt and professional, and feedback is always requested after every service. The quality of service is excellent meeting expectations.

I was impressed with the response time, especially during a busy fall season. Our repairman, Jacob, was very polite and professional. He was very receptive to what we could afford and worked quickly on our two minor gas leaks. I appreciated all the extra supports he put in on some of our precarious pipe work.
