Fantastic small business in West Michigan! Very friendly, kind, and efficient! Our carpets look and feel brand new. Furthermore, they completely cleaned our ducts out, and got a TON of old garbage out of the vents. Will definitely recommend to others!

This is my second time using Lake Michigan Carpet cleaning and I would recommend over and over. We had Riley and Russel and they are the most hard working and friendly workers. Riley helped worked around our schedule and even helped make accommodations to fit us in before we listed our home.He was easy to work with and great at getting the job done. 100% recommend these guys. Our store's carpet was filthy and they restored it back to looking brand new (no exaggerating). They worked around our store ours and came in after we closed so we didn't have to change hours and are extremely friendly and professional. On top of all of this they had a very fair price. I won't be going to anyone else when I need carpet cleaning.

My dog got sick and had an accident all over the carpet in my son’s room. It was pretty difficult to clean to say the least! I tried a home carpet cleaning machine and various solutions. None of them worked and actually made it worse. After a couple of days, the smell was so bad my son couldn’t even sleep in his bedroom. I called Jared on Friday and he came out on the the next day, on a Saturday to help! He was right on time and super informative regarding what to expect and what he planned to do to clean it. He was there for about half an hour, and when he was done, it was like my carpet was brand new! I couldn’t tell anything had happened at all, and a week later, it’s still pristine! He even messaged me days later, to double check, that the smell hadn’t resurfaced. He’s extremely thorough and very passionate about helping others! I highly recommend him!

What a wonderfully represented company! Juan & Alex cleaned the ducts in my house this week and they were amazing! They were so polite and patient. I work from home as a training coordinator and had an active class while they were working. They were so kind and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing their work when I had to move from room to room as they did their work. They were complete gentlemen and did a great job! Impeccable service!

I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned by this company, and they did a great job! BUT... about a week later I smelled a dead animal coming from my dryer. Even though it was a holiday weekend, I called the owner to see if they found anything when they cleaned out the dryer vent. Within a couple of hours, he came to my house personally with his associate, Jared. Even though it was their day off, they spent 2.5 HOURS working to remove a nest and two deceased birds. The owner, Dudley, explained that the hose went through the nest the first time, so the technicians didn't know it was there. So, would I recommend this company? YES - because the owner stands behind his services. Literally. On a holiday weekend, he stood in my backyard for over two hours. He stood underneath my dryer vent which was spewing bits of hot dead bird carcasses all over his face, and he stood there until the dryer vent was completely clear. If you're going to hire anyone to do anything in your home, hire this company.

Kept me updated through the whole process with texts reminders of when they will arrive and when they were en route. Very professional and respectful. They worked quick but very efficiently. Would absolutely use again and would recommend to anyone who needs their ducts clean.

The company was very responsive when I first scheduled the cleaning. I mentioned my main concern was getting up pet stains and the person I spoke with said they have a specific way to deal with that. However the techs did not use this specific method. I assumed they did, but the pet stains were still present a few days after the cleaning. The company was responsive when I called to have this remedied. But when the techs showed up again, they had no knowledge of my repeat conversation about the pet stains with whomever did the scheduling. I did talk with the techs about the problem and they gave me a solution. If there were better communication in the first place between the scheduler and the techs, they wouldn’t have had to make a second trip. The techs were very nice. My baseboards did get nicked in a few spots from the vacuum.

The staff (including Juan Valdez) at this duct cleaning company are exceptionally professional and efficient. I was impressed by the advanced technology they employed. They also provided us with discounts based on the number of outlets. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to friends and will definitely use them again in the future.

We hired them to clean our couches, our ducts/vents, and our living room carpet. Scheduling was easy, prices were up front and very reasonable. The techs were professional and nice. We had a part of the carpet that wasn't completely clean after the first attempt, but the owner and techs revisited a couple times to complete the job! And they did not make us feel like we were burdening them to request that section be corrected. We will call them again.

I contacted this company the day before I needed service. They were able to accommodate my schedule!!! Two young gentlemen showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. There were a few hand prints left on the walls after they cleaned our ducts, and three stains in the carpet that did not come out. (wood stain) I would give these guys 4 stars.

When we took possession of our new home, there was a lot of staining that we weren’t anticipating on the carpet. I had already scheduled a carpet cleaning but was worried how far it would go with the staining. All of the stains were removed and they were able to add scotchguard on the fly to make sure our carpet not only looks good now, but stays looking good. Would definitely recommend this company!

I needed a couple area rugs cleaned quickly. They were wonderful at getting them in and done with 48!hour turn around. They offered to pick up and deliver as well but I dropped them off. The rugs look new again after being trapped in a room during a renovation with drywall dust and everything else.

Communication before, during and after cleaning was excellent. The crew arrived even before the time. Friendly and efficient. Carpets look great. Only one tiny spot didn’t disappear. Also appreciated that they moved our sofas at no extra charge.
