Sought care at a hospital following a workplace injury “workmans comp” and the bill ended up getting to me about three days before being due on the 20th with the note “your insurance has been billed. The balance shown is your responsibility.” The bill showed up at my old recorded address. Obviously they never followed up with my employers insurance nor took any time to speak with the orthopedic or his office otherwise they would’ve had an updated address so I wouldn’t have to try and solve this the week before Christmas and wouldn’t have charged me in the first place because they 100% would cover it. But now because I can’t get in contact with anyone due to the holidays, I’m having to pay it now. Seems almost predatory. Thanks Americle Healthcare for taking the time to verify any information in regards to medical care, insurance or otherwise and blankly sending out a bill during the busiest season for almost any profession where it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone even when you can find the time to do so.

My air mattress has a leak in it somewhere & when I called Americle they did send out not one but TWO techs to apparently " inspect" the mattress. My issue with that was they came w/o so much as a repair patch or replacement. They apparently did not have a mattress in the warehouse but did not bother telling me this & it seemed like the tech was only interested in convincing me to buy an upgrade🙄. Anyways, I am not happy with their poor handling of my situation.

I found this company as I had a only wheelchair that needed refurbishing just to make sure if needed it was in great working order. There were a few hiccups here or there but during this time they were expanding to a larger facility but everything was done in a reasonable time frame. The staff I dealt with where really great and I felt truly cared about the customers needs. I am very happy I chose Americle to assist with my wheelchair repair need and would use them in the future again.

I wish I had paid attention to the man who helped my brother and me today, because he was wonderful. My brother is wheelchair bound, and this morning when I picked him up for his doctor's appt, the wheel broke on his wheel chair. We managed to get his appts done due to the dr's office having wheelchairs. We went to Americal and though there weren't any technicians there, the man who was there was very good trying to find parts to fix it. We realized that we needed to replace the entire wheel, and after buying it we returned to my brother's home where we were able to replace it and now he is able to get around again. I just want to say thank you for all you did to help us, we really appreciate that you went the extra mile to get him back in his wheelchair today!

I have used Americle Health Care many times in the past 5 years and have always been please with the prompt delivery and excellent customer service. I have ordered several wheelchairs and wheelchair repair parts. Both the quality and service are exceptional and the prices are reasonable. The technicians come out when they say and any issues are addressed quickly. I just wish the company was able to do more specialized equipment--I am dealing with another company where a custom wheelchair was ordered 5 months ago and has yet to be delivered. With Americle, the product is usually delivered the next day or if there is a delay, there is always a phone call.

We recently received a hospital bed from Americle. It was delivered and set up by Andre and Derrick. Both techs were polite, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with my many questions and concerns., They were both very pleasant . i intend to use this company again as the need arises.

All three folks I dealt with were super helpful and friendly from Jonna (SP?) on the phone to the two in the store. This was my first time there. I needed a walker after being on a knee roller after foot surgery. They had one, billed insurance and I was on my way. 15 minutes tops. So easy. I highly recommend. I will always support people who are kind.

Informative, welcoming, great sense of humor, and all our outstanding customer service. Now only if they'd give/ sell me those 4 wing back chairs in the waiting area. Thank you ALL for your exemplary customer service.

Just want to say thank you to everyone from the 1st step to the last step who helped getting the chair lift put in our house. Great service from the start to the end and when we had a user error they came out immediately to show us what we were doing wrong. Your support was not only efficient and friendly but your services provide for a safe environment for my family member.

I received very attentive and hospitable service from this company. I especially wish to complement Johnna Parlett in handling the process. There was some concern that the insurance side of the process would take too much time. She very effectively confirmed that we could have the wheelchair within a matter of a business day and that they would attend to the details. This was incredibly important as the user of the wheelchair has major surgery much sooner than the resolution of the insurance might turn out to be. My compliments to all!

Would not recommend at all. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a knee brace for my son that was required by the doctor and still have not received it. I called the company and keep being lied to that it has shipped however no one can provide me shipping confirmation.

I highly recommend Americle Health Care Medical Supplies. The customer care and knowledge of medical supplies is outstanding. I needed a transport chair for my husband quickly and Jon Parkett went way beyond to meet my needs in getting it for me and doing the paperwork to Medicare for their approval. Jon is very compassionate. Americle in Millersville helped me out a lot in preparing for an Achilles tendon surgery this past summer. I need a knee scooter quickly as I had an upcoming surgery the following week. Few providers with actual equipment are available in our area that take insurance. Americle cycle had the knee scooter in stock and I picked it up within 48 hours. They put the unit together very well for me. They filed an insurance claim for me. One of my insurance companies needed more detailed insurance information to complete my claim review and Americle provided that to me as well. For medical equipment it is a major plus to see it and try it out in an office before you purchase it. Americle lets you try it out in their office before you actually purchase it. A five star job by the company and I will not hesitate to use them again for medical equipment should I need it. Give them a try and I think you will be happy with the results. PS Severna Park
