I contacted Appliance Repair Services, LLC when our dishwasher stopped working properly. After an initial phone call, followed by a text exchange that included photos of the model and damaged part, the owner provided me with a quote. As the part in question was rather expensive, the owner also suggested a new model to consider if we wanted to buy new. He then went back and forth with me by text several times to answer my follow up questions. Though we never ended up having him out to the house, I will be keeping his contact info for future calls. This type of customer service is not easy to come by.

From the time I first called, to the completion of the repair, Lee has been responsive, expedient, informative & personable...and his service was comprehensive and reasonably priced. I would use his service over and over again!

Our freezer broke. I contacted Lee and he replied the same day letting me know he was booked several weeks out, in case I wanted to find someone who could come quicker, since it was a freezer. He even suggested a fix for the issue, but it didn't work. So I called another company, and the other company took my 79.00, diagnosed the issue, said the part was on back-order for the next month, then ghosted me and never replied to any of my messages to them. So I called Lee again, and he replied same day, gave me an estimate same day, and came out and fixed in a few days later. and gave me a paper and e-receipt the same day he did the work He was honest, priced fairly, and was GREAT at communication! I highly recommend him and ill be using him for ALL my appliance repairs in the future!

Lee returned my call very quickly and came out within an hour. I know I got lucky with the timing. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem with my washer . Unfortunately the repair was a bit more involved than I wanted to get into. When I asked him about recommendations for a new washer, he gave me a lot of great information. Highly recommend!!

My fridge compressor quit and I could not get anyone to fix it due to the warantee with the manufacturer. That is too long a story for here, btu the important part is that Lee called me back after hearing my voice mail and offered me sage advice as I ultimately decided to just get a new fridge. His candidness was very refreshing and allowed me to better focus on more reliable manufacturers of these very expensive devices. I will say, IF I have any issues with my new fridge I will be 100% sure to call Lee first to provide any necesarry services. It is not that often that you get this type of very personal assistance. The very next day I was actually shopping for the new fridge and Lee answered a text with a question about one I was looking at...ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND!! I have not been an official customer, but he wll defeinately be my first choice in the Annapolis area!! Thanks Lee!

Appliance Repair Services, owner Lee Moore, is awesome. He was out the very next day to fix my electric dryer. Lee was prompt, professional, and fully prepared to resolve whatever the issue may be. Highly recommend. Upon contacting them, they tried to have me self diagnose and repair to attempt to save me a service call. Unfortunately, I still needed to have them come out for a repair. Immediately gave me a date the next day and were out an hour earlier than expected, with a text message prior to notify me. Immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repair on site. It's hard to find good service like this nowadays.

Our refrigerator broke on July 4 with a house full of guests. After leaving a message for Lee at Appliance Repair Services….He called back quickly and helped me reset my refrigerator over the phone.
