This was my 1st time here & I had an awesome time with my daughter. Things were a little confusing as my daughter and I didnt get the full walk threw as I seen others getting. $86 for the 4pcs & studio time seems a bit much but you cant put a price on your childs happiness. I can see coming back here one day.

A granddaughters Birthday and she love it .small place but it was a cute and fun place

I took my daughter there yesterday for her birthday. We liked the pieces to choose from and the paints but the customer service was lacking. The young woman with the dark hair was very nice and explained how the process worked. BUT there was a older woman with blonde hair (I'd say around 60-70 years old) that kept pushing for us to get out. We were only there about 2 hours, which I didn't think was a long time considering we had some large and rather detailed pieces. There also was a large party of screaming children that she was not pushing to get out. I thought that was pretty sad and really upset my daughter. Her birthday is just as important as a child's.

Love this place! So much fun!. The staff is very helpful. Loads of different pottery to choose from. I've never been disappointed.

I think Mad Potter is a great place to take your kiddos or maybe a group of friends for activity to try something new and relax however, I do think the paint brushes need replacing, as they are incredibly worn and make it hard to be precise if you are trying to create something specific or exact like a pattern or shape.

Had several lovely afternoons here with my partner & friends. Great service, lots of choice, and very reasonable prices. Lots of fun, and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a Ladies Night Out at Mad Potter, and it was a delightful time! We brought in our snacks and drinks and enjoyed getting to know each other while painting lovely pieces, each choosing her own object to paint. We are all excited to get our fired and finished ceramics next week! Staff were pleasant and helpful.

We absolutely adore this place! It's always clean with plenty of space to work in. There is such an insanely high selection of pieces to choose from, and dozens of color options. They keep the music at a decent enough volume to where you can still have conversations with whoever you're with. And the turnaround time for getting your finished pieces is reasonable.

We went in for date night and had a blast! The place was packed though, so it was more than a little noisy. The staff were super friendly and helpful though. We picked out some ceramics to paint and used the various glazes they had to decorate them. We still have to wait a week for them to be fired before we know how they came out, but we are super excited! This place is fairly priced and has a wide selection of different ceramics to pick from and lots of glazes, as well as some specialty glazes if you are willing to pay a little extra.

We really enjoy our time here. Fun activity for the kiddos. The only complaint is that it looks like someone dropped one of the pieces and tried to fix it. I'm glad they took the time to try to fix it, but it's pretty obvious, so I think it should have been mentioned at pick up. Overall, it was a great time.

Started out at another Mad Potter location and had a horrible experience. Glad we decided to take the drive from Lebanon to this location in Mason. Although it was a very busy Saturday afternoon, the staff was amazing. Very helpful and informative!

My oldest daughter went for a birthday party. I was able to take the rest of my family back at another time. The store has a sitting fee and you pay for the piece you paint. Everything is reasonably priced for the store. It does have a small private room for parties. I would highly recommend the store to others. A very nice experience.

It's a wonderful quiet and artistic way to enrich the soul for the young and old! Anyone can be an artist! The selection of ceramics to paint is vast! Highly recommend on a rainy (or any) day!

This was my second time being here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There a lot of pieces to choose from, ranging from kitchenware to sculptures. There's also a variety of glazes and finishes too. Great for individuals or parties, you can bring your own food and drink!

Great place for team building activity or for any group activities. We went as a group. We had great time. They have beautiful pieces to buy and paint. You can visit multiple times to finish your piece. Kids would enjoy this place with unlimited coloring options and a very kind staff.
