Dr. Moon and his staff is exceedingly professional and personable. I did not wait to get in for my appointment and his assistant was friendly and yet tended to business so no time was wasted. Dr. Moon is quite congenial and willing to listen. I would recommend his practice to anyone.

It was our first time at Yakima Eye Specialists clinic-and honestly I was amazed by service they providing. Very attentive, professional,answering all questions. My daughter is 4 y.o and she always was terrified to go to her monthly checks in, but since we switched to this clinic-she actually likes now to come to her appointments.

Staff is great. My doctor is looking after me and I feel solid about my eye care. Facility is clean, latest tech. But more importantly, I left feeling cared about.

Dr. Wilkinson was not in a hurry, explained everything we wanted to know, was very kind and professional in every way. He even showed a great sense of humor and treated his assistants as equals that he trusted implicitly and respected. He understood completely my desire to be able see sheet music on my organ which music rack is about three feet from my eyes, and provided a real solution. I highly recomment him.

As Dr. Moon's patient, I can assure you that he is highly welcoming and creates an atmosphere of trust. He is really approachable and takes the time to explain his observations. For my vision needs, I am in great hands.

Dr Moon and his assistants were first class. My exam was through, all procedures were explained well, staff was pleasant, and the office was very clean. Front desk staff were also very courteous, helpful, and welcoming. I especially enjoyed all the beautiful plants and decor in the front waiting room.

I have been seeing Dr Wilkinson for several years. I have always been happy with my exams. He takes time to listen to concerns and explain vision and eye care options. I feel like he is very knowledgeable with years of experience.

Great, friendly staff. Took me back for my appointment on time. Doctor was chill, knowledgeable and to the point. His assistant was great. The gals who helped me choose frames.. all chill. Super cool chicks. Took time with me, didnt make me feel rushed. I highly recommend this place.

I was seen on time which I appreciated. The technician was very polite and professional. This was as my first visit with Dr. Moon. He had looked over my chart prior to my visit and discussed my prior visits with Dr. Lui. He answered all my questions . I felt very comfortable with him and with the whole visit as a whole. Dr. Moon was recommended to me by a friend who has seen him a number of times. I will look forward to my next appointment.

The staff were great. The receptionist took the time and effort to assist me with completing my check-in information. The assistant quickly, yet efficiently, gave tests, checking the areas of my concern. The Ophthalmologist was reassuring. He detailed the findings, named the areas that were not an issue and sooth my concerns.

My appointment was timely, professional, and comfortable. The front desk people were courteous, and helpful. I appreciate all the employees at the Yakima eye specialist!

My appt my at 3:30pm and I was called the front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable. The lady with the assistant of helping with your eye stuff was pretty efficiently and took care of putting drops in your eyes and the eye dr was very talkative of how the exam was going. Getting glasses also was pretty helpful if the right frames that fit your face. Thank you until next year

Not only is this one of the most professional staffs I've ever encountered but also are some of the nicest people you'll ever go into a doctor's office for. I'm only sad I get one appointment a year.

Best eye care in town! The staff is professional and caring. I have been going here about 6 years now and Dr. Wilkinson is awesome! They take the time to figure out what the problem is and provide solutions and treatments. They explain everything completely in a way you will understand. Highly recommend

The front receptionist was not happy I was 5 minutes late, other than that the Dr was great and the lady helped me pick a new pair of eyeglasses was so nice. She has a very pleasant personality. The Dr was through and very nice I say this was a great visit thank you

Dr Moon has been a family Dr for many years, when we moved here my parents highly recommended him! We are thoroughly impressed with Dr Moon! Would recommend him if you are looking for quality experience.

Dr Hueners was very thorough, caring and had excellent follow up. Her staff was very helpful in her absence as well. In fact, I set my husband up for a check up with her. He appreciated her thoroughness and found her to be very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Professional and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and flexible doctors helped me to the best of my needs. I went in for a certain eye exam but it was decided that it wasn’t a best fit for me so we were able to perform the exam during the same visit.

Dr. Moon is amazing! He is soo nice and takes the time to talk with you, address any concerns you may have about your vision. The staff at Yakima Eye Specialists are super friendly. Just an overall great place to go for an eye exam!

1. I was given the wrong form to update my information. It belonged to another patient. What makes it worse is the form had social security number, name, address, phone number. Not information that anyone wants shared. 2. I was told I needed a vision exam and a medical exam. But they could not be on the same because of billing issues with insurance. So I had the vision exam but doctor could not give me details about how the two exams were different. Or what to expect during the medical exam.

Dr. Moon is so calm and take time with his patients. He even call me to ask how my eyes was feeling. He is the best!!! The receptionists and assistants are so friendly. I needed to change my appointment and they did everything to find a new appointment for me!! That is why I am giving them five stars!!!
