It was by chance we ended up here after our hike. Glad we stopped. The ice cream is one of the best I've have eaten so far. They were rich ,fresh and creamy. We tried their chocolate almond, vanilla, cherry and mocha toffee crunch. They have a beautiful lots with tables and small trails surrounding them. Picked up milk from their farm.

Hey All, So my family and I were in the neighborhood near Hillside Farms and we decided to stop in and see the animals and get some ice cream. They are more than just a farm with animals to see. Soo much more. The staff is very friendly and attentive to what you're needs are. They make some of the best chocolate and strawberry milk that I've ever tasted, and I think you would enjoy it as well. They also offer white milk. These are for sale in 1/2 gallon jars. Additionally, they have Orange juice and some amazingly tasty fresh tea, also in 1/2gallon jars. The tea alone, makes me want to go back over and over. They have freshmade butter, which I will be purchasing when I return my bottles and pick up some more milk. Continuing on, They have additional snacking items as well. I know they offer various flavors of popcorn and kettle corn along with some candies and other items that I know are slipping my mind at the moment. Also in the back, they have a nice size country store. So many different items for sale. They go from house signs, to scented candles, to toys for kids and so much more. Now let's get (what I believe) to why most people visit here..... THE ICE CREAM !! They offer so many amazing flavors and options. Hard, soft, cone, cup, sundaes & shakes and more!! Also (when available) they have fresh made apple dumplings! Always a family favorite here. They also have a large greenhouse that they have garden supplies in....gnomes and statues and things of that nature, also for sale. I hope this brief description of The Lands at Hillside Farms helps you to make the great decision to go and visit. I believe that you OR you and your family will have a great time visiting here. Have an awesome day everyone !!

We enjoyed a day at the farm. The scenery was beautiful and the ice cream (not pictured) was the cherry on top. The kids had a great time seeing all the animals and walking along the water. We will be back

I’ve been going to Hillside Farms since I was a little kid. The. Black. Raspberry. Ice cream. 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻I was able to bring my husband home with me to visit in the summer for the first time. We couldn’t miss stopping here - almost wept like a child to be honest. Bought a giant jug of ice cream and sat in the sun just having a day. Absolute perfection.

Great place! Best ice cream & animals are well taken care of. Beautiful gift shop. But during rush hours I find long lines (ok great!) But the window will be shut with a sign while employees are on break. We waited almost 25+ minutes in the hot heat. Regardless, good enough to still return! There's walking & scenic pics to take as well. Did I mention ice cream is amazing?

I went with the family and it was our first time coming to visit. I really enjoyed myself and I like that its kid and pet friendly. It was a beautiful day, the scenery was nice and the weather was perfect. It was hot enough for us to enjoy some delicious ice cream that they sold but not too hot that it melted quickly. The kids were able to touch some of the animals which was a nice touch and everyone was really kind and polite. The little store that they have sold some really neat gifts (clothes, jewelry, etc.) and they also sold food which was made with fresh ingredients from the farm. I would come back again.

We stopped here after a long trip heading home and had ice cream sundaes with our 2 yr old granddaughter. We sat at the pavilion and enjoyed the treats. She ate most of her Pap Pap's.

I’ve been going to Hillside Farms since I was a little kid - the black raspberry ice cream is still my favorite after all this time. I loved the updates to the location because it still has the original “hillside” vibes to it even with renovations. (I hadn’t been back in over fifteen years so it looked quite different - it was still a blast from the past to experience the farm again) I’m grateful I was able to show my husband this important part of my childhood! 💕💕💕💕

Amazing place to spend some time with young kids. (1,3,5,7) Best chocolate milk around. Ice cream is okay (but the kids eat every drop). The experience, for kids especially, is what makes it worth it. Skipping rocks in the creek, ducks, goats, horse, donkeys, rooster, alpacas, sheep, a pregnant cow and many young calves yearning for attention from little hands..

Seeing the adorable animals and get fresh milk and delicious icecream are what makes this place amazing! The calves are so cute and the sustainable glass milk are returnable and lower the price of the next jug you buy when you bring back the clean, empty one. There's a selection of local and amazing goods like cheeses, pickles, jerky, fruit preserves etc. The only thing I didn't like was the back section with clothes, houseware etc. There's always the same things everytime I go because no one buys them and I feel the space would be better used to expland the food product shelves. Just a personal opinion, I'm sure you might feel a different way, go check it out for yourself! It'll be a super fun time either way

I've been going to Hillside to get ice cream as long as I can remember! It's always a great experience, it's a beautiful property with a historic greenhouse, a nice creek, animals, and excellent dairy products!

I love the cows even though they definitely wanted to eat my shirt (tbh I would have let them if it wasn't horrible for them and allowed bc they are so cute, they can have anything lmao) The goats were cute as well (they got attention from my friends kiddo bc I was too busy w the cows)

Great ice cream and a nice stroll around the property to look at all the animals. Kids love this. They get to walk through an old barn, see a bunch of animals and go play in the creek out back if they want. Inside the shop they sell all their own milk which some people will drink nothing else and a big shop of decorative do- dads if you’re into that sort of think. Great summer stop to let the kids have some fun for a few hours and gorge on ice cream.

Great ice cream, chocolate milk and honey! Probably other great things too but that's all I've tried so far. It's a great, inexpensive place to take the kids and walk around to see the animals. It's really beautiful in the fall. Lots of great places to take pictures!

Very nice, navigation around the lands can be a little confusing unless you stop at gift shop to view map first or get one beforehand. Line for ice cream was extremely long. Though was noted they have staffing shortage.

Store prices were a bit expensive but it's all home made and for a good cause. Ice cream is excellent and really well priced and the milk is excellent as well. With Animals and very nice staff it's just once it's worth to check out at least once!

This is a must stop to grab any dairy products you may want it needs. It's also a great place to just walk around for 15 mins.

Nice place to visit with family. The ice cream from the parlor was amazing (I got the coffee flavor). The shop was very cute and had a great selection of both handmade merchandise and food/groceries.

Love this place, cute store with lots of good finds. Amazing ice cream! The Parlour is a must visit when you’re here. I got the chocolate cherry ice cream! It had huge chunks of cherry in it. They seem really reasonable here. Love the whole milk exchange process.
