Had what we needed and the staff us very helpful. Great sale on jeans for men.

My husband and I went today and we had a bad experience. My husband asked one of the female workers the price of a shirt and she gave him a lot of attitude and was rude towards him like he was stupid for asking. No employees came up and asked us if we needed help with anything, in fact we felt ignored by all of the employees; no one paid any attention to us or welcomed us in. Most of them were standing around and talking. There was another young female worker who went into the men’s boot section with some guy that came in and they were flirting it up while she was supposed to be working; very unprofessional. We left and went to Boot Barn where we were met with actual customer service. Won’t be coming back here.

Good selection of many western wear items, including a few pair of suspenders. Boot selection is excellent. They even have some safety boots. If you’re size 13+ then consider finding the style you want in the store and ordering it. That inventory doesn’t move fast enough to keep a huge stock. Parking is ample and the store is conveniently located.

This store employees nothing but teenagers or very young adults and they really don't try to help. My husband loves to get his boots here and we tried to have someone help us find one that was missing and the person didn't act like they even cared and were just like try a different size, well he needed that size. Then I went by myself for a Christmas present had 4 different people look and me and walk the other way, I was standing in front of the knife case that is locked, I can't open my self. Very disappointed. This is where we have bought my husband's boots and jeans for years guess we will be looking for somewhere new.

Cavenders is always a great place to go for Western Wear the only thing that I didn't care for there wasn't enough help to accommodate me trying to find a cowboy hat a gentleman came later but didn't seem too attentive he was nice just didn't really particularly care I don't know

Always good service regardless of the location across Texas And @ 6ft6 they keep me sharp in the latest western wear

Cavendars in Temple, TX is everything. Their store is nicely placed and easy access. They have a full staff who are just the cutest. Dominic, went above and beyond to make sure my 7yr old daughter had the cow print bell bottoms in her size at another store. She really had her heart set on them! (I may have as well) Thank you for making our experience Top Notch!

Staff is so much friendlier than one in college station! Still no plus size selection which is always disappointing. I've wrote the headquarters in Tyler before to no avail. Not a fantastic boot selection.

Absolutely the most polite staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Young man behind the counter called my wife ma’am and I stood there thinking not many businesses have this level of respect. Thank you and you’ll continue to have my business.

Firstly I would like to say that the staff was excellent and any negativity expressed here is not aimed at them in any way. Soooo... I went in looking for a new hat. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for EXCEPT that it had a horseshoe, turned sideways to make a "C", branded right on the front crown. I don't know whos idea this was but it's a bad one. Hats are extremely personal items, not marketing tools. Otherwise it was a very nice hat and I'm dissapointed that a gawdy attempt at advertising kept me from purchasing it.

Very friendly and informed staff! They definitely know their boots! Some nice colognes there as well. I ordered a pair of boots 3 days ago, they told me to expect up to 3 weeks on delivery, it only took 3 days to come in! Still have to pick them up though. Overall good atmosphere and will continue buying my boots from here.

Found a Bola I liked. Huge inventory. The smell of boot leather is good. Staff was the best IMHO
