Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Came to do an estimate and didn’t have the courtesy to reach back and tell me that they couldn’t do the job. I would not recommend this place at all whatsoever. I sent an email to Lisa with no response and then had to call just to be told the information. Then the kicker was that we were told by someone that we aren’t in the system…Now is it that you can’t do the job or we aren’t in the system? Can’t be both. I understand the labor shortage but communication is not hard at all. Treat customers how you’d wanna be treated or get out of the business of costumer service.

K&Y Carpet One replaced the flooring throughout our home with a combination of wood and carpeting. Picking our new flooring was fun and easy with their wide selection of products and helpful customer service. The company's entire staff and contractors (including the demolition team, wood installers, and carpet installers) were professional, courteous, and successful in completing our beautiful floors as promised. I highly recommend K&Y for your flooring needs.

I found K & Y to be very responsive and helpful from the time I contacted them to the completion of our carpet installation. Stephen was a great help to me in choosing our carpet and kept me updated throughout the process. The installers did a great job and we are so happy with our beautiful carpet! Carpet, sales, installer were great. Carpet should have been aired out before it was installed. Took 10 days to get rid of the odor enough for someone to sleep in the room.

We love our waterproof quality vinyl flooring from K&Y!!!!! Great experience with all the K & Y staff (Steve/Raymond/Jim and Lise) and its subcontracted installer, Bobby Balsingh. Company was very attentive to getting the job done on time as promised and worked with us to accommodate a personal payment plan. Was kept in the loop on the project at all times. Bobby is very personable and an excellent installer........ paid attention to detail. He was instrumental in helping me save a few bucks by giving me guidance on how many and what pads to use for all the furniture "feet". He handled all the furniture moving/disassembly/assembly with only an occasional assist needed from me with one or two bulky items of furniture. He kept the work areas super clean after each day's work. Overall, K&Y and Bobby Balsingh were amazing to work with and I received quality service and materials. K&Y will be my go-to place for any future flooring needs.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! This is exactly how a business should be run. Great communication, professional installers, attention to detail, and a personal touch when the owner visited to inspect the work. There are so many contractors who do shoddy work, so when you find one of this caliber, you should not only hire them but refer them to friends and family. When my wife started this major project, she visited their showroom and the experience there was wonderful. They were knowledgeable and helpful with making the right selections. We are incredibly pleased with how the flooring and carpet turned out. We feel like we are living in a new house. If you can't tell, we HIGHLY recommend K & Y to anyone considering a flooring related carpet.

K and Y was sooo amazing from start to finish ! Steve was so professional, and was so quick to respond to any of my emails and texts with questions ! His staff was amazing, too. He did a "dustless" removal of my old tile in 1 day, with literally no dust ! And then his installers were so professional and so good and completed my whole place in a few days. Would highly highly recommend.

We had old tile flooring removed and new tile installed in our kitchen, dine and living areas. K&Y teams performed the work. Jessie's crew that removed the existing tile did a fabulous job, ensuring dust was kept to an absolute minimum, carefully covering all vents, doors, a fireplace, and appliances. They completed the work in just one day. Rich & Bill from Blue Sky Painting and Tile installed our new tile and also did an excellent job. They are neat, professional and personable, completing the installation a day ahead of schedule. This was the second floor tiling job K&Y did in our home. Several years ago they removed carpeting from our bedrooms and replaced it with tile. Their work was excellent. We highly recommend K&Y to anyone who is considering redoing their floors. I am so happy that we chose our new carpet and flooring from K&Y Carpet One; from sales to installation, everything went super smoothly. Lisa was so helpful and showed us many samples without once pushing us to make a choice. She answered all our questions, and was extremely informative. Jim the owner, was the next person we met, and he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, offering to take measurements whenever we were ready. Both Lisa and Jim were very friendly and eager to be of service. It felt as though we were family. The installation was excellent, as well. Andrew and Jim for the floors, and Tim and Ronnie for the carpet, were personable, friendly, and definitely knew what they were doing. Gary, the warehouse supervisor, was very accommodating and nice, returning my calls immediately. Everyone at K&Y made this project so much easier than we'd anticipated!

My carpet shopping and installation experience was excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful and informative during the selection process. They took the time to answer all of my questions. The installer did a beautiful job! Very nice people, no headaches, just beautiful carpet!

I researched all of the flooring companies in my area. K&Y was the top rated, and deservedly so. Steven (the 3rd generation owner) and Jim were nothing but helpful when I was trying to pick out what flooring I was looking for. Steven let me take home several samples to see how they looked... When I found the flooring I wanted, Jim came the next day to measure and schedule the install. The people that did the install showed on time and were very professional, quick and cleanly. There were a couple issues, like you would on any project, that were addressed/fixed within 2 days. My floors are beautiful...

Excellent, seamless care in assisting us on treatments and all around customer service. In need of assistance for paint choice, Lisa superb in stepping in to a direction that was confident and again helpful. With window treatments I am after completing my "look" and Lisa directed me towards viable furniture and in the near future, area rugs. Love the practical and matter of fact style Lisa owns. K & Y Carpet is lucky to have her on staff!!!!!! Love the professional demeanor of the team as well and certainly a truly positive experience. I highly recommend the entire team. K & Y just installed hardwood flooring last week. A terrific experience: from choosing the wood in the showroom till the work was completed. The installers were very professional, clean, thorough and pleasant. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing hardwoods.

Replacing carpet in living room, dining room, and master bedroom - from purchasing to installation was an easy, pleasant, and efficient process. Gregory Green, our installer, was a superb technician; he was friendly and dedicated to do the best job possible. Exceptionally pleased with the result.

They installed tile and carpet for my house, and they were awesome! From first browsing the showroom, Lisa was so helpful and friendly and not at all pushy. She coordinated the entire process of the measuring and estimate to the day of install. Everything was a smooth, seamless process and they send several reminders of your install date. Their contractors were all friendly and knowledgeable, and really know their craft. This place may be a little higher priced than others, but you def get what you pay for! My floors are now so beautiful! Thank you, K&Y!!
