Fearfully and Wonderfully Made is such an amazing studio! The atmosphere is warm and inviting as are all the teachers and Tiesha, the owner, is so sweet. I also love that they incorporate Jesus into their classes. There’s a lot of options for classes so you can find the best fit for your needs. Aerial yoga is my favorite! I can’t say enough about this studio!!

I am a regular for the aerial yoga class and it stretches my body like no other yoga class. By virtue of being above ground, I can get a much better core workout and stretch. I noticed a difference in my overall tone after two months of classes. The instructors are very encouraging and helpful. I love the small town charm the surrounding downtown area has to offer. An all around wonderful experience working out here - for the body, soul, and spirit. I highly recommend!

Wow!! Such a wonderful, fun & rejuvenating experience. Each class brings my soul such joy & peace, not to mention the toning & strengthening of my body. Tiesha is such a spirit filled leader building up all who enter her studio. Highly recommend to all!

Our first class was the date night class. I was scared at first and wasn't sure if I could do it but I did and I had so much fun in the process. This was something different and out of our comfort zone, but Teisha did an amazing job encouraging us, guiding, and helping us through each position. My husband and I loved our experience here and can't wait to go back again.

I went with my mom and sister to the studio, and it was an incredible experience for all of us! Tiesha did an excellent job at making us all feel comfortable and strong, and she caters to the experience level of each person in the room. Aerial yoga felt like a mental, emotional and physical workout all in one! We left feeling calm, grateful and centered on God. Thank you, Tiesha for a wonderful experience--hope to do it again soon!

I am a Crossfit, weight lifting, running, get your heart beating hard kind of girl, but I decided to try Tiesha’s studio with some teacher friends from school, and I couldn’t love it anymore. Not only are these classes amazing for the body, they are every bit as amazing for the soul! I’ve done aerial yoga, date night yoga with my husband (so fun), and barre class and I look forward to class each week. Simply amazing, and the most wonderful, empowering staff.

Tiesha gave us a peek into the exciting world of arial yoga. In just the beginner class we were already able to conquer a lot of poses (including flips)! She moved though the sequences at a good pace and would give us extra help when we got stuck. She always offered multiple variations to choose the level of difficulty for more advanced moves. She’s a strong believer and her faith shines though in the way she inspires each person to challenge themselves to keep overcoming fear. Such a great way to add a unique twist on traditional yoga.

This was such a fun experience! Tiesha made sure everyone felt comfortable and went at their own pace. My daughter can’t wait to go back!

Love! We came for a child’s birthday. So much fun. Tiesha is amazing with the kids, especially my very shy daughter, she very patiently encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone and participate. I’m so glad she did because my daughter had so much fun and so did all of the other kids.

Beautiful, inviting yoga studio! Loved the instructor. She was so kind and gentle with us as most of us had never done aerial yoga before. I’ll definitely go back and do this again!

What a wonderful yoga class with Natalia. She made me feel at ease with new positions during the Sunday Morning Mat class. It was a great 1st experience! The studio was clean, bright and airy. Tiesha is super sweet and excited to return to take one of her aerial classes!

My daughter attended aerial yoga for a birthday party and it was such a great experience for her. She loved the instructor and the class in general. She had such a wonderful time and has already requested numerous times to go back! We will for sure be going back with friends!

If you’re hesitant, JUST GO! I went to the young adult’s aerial yoga class & it was absolutely amazing. Autumn made the class so fun & was patient throughout the inversions. Having the devotion at the end of class was the perfect way to end a long day. Can’t wait for more classes!🥰

I attended the beginning aerial yoga class.. Our instructor was amazing and welcoming! The demonstrations and instructions were easy to follow. The experience was relaxing and fun!

First timer here! Definitely recommend this place. Our instructor (I believe her name was Aubrey) was amazing! Very helpful and fun class! She was patient and clear with her demonstrations and instructions on how to accomplish challenging moves. I look forward to attending another class soon!

My daughter attended a homeschool aerial/yoga class here. What a wonderful place this is. When you walk in you are greeted with such kindness. The room is filled with peace and the class was beyond what I expected. I highly suggest bring your kids here for a class or taking a class yourself.
