Wife backed over a large rock and popped the clips to the front bumper. Another repair shop wanted to replace the entire bumper but Bo at Crash Collision and Repair said he could make it look new new....and they did in less about two hours. The repair was first class and the CC&R team did an excellent job. Go see them.

Every aspect of my experience with Crash Collision was perfect! From my initial call for information, obtaining a written repair bid, to the great customer service I received from Colby, Beau, and Mike. The repairs were performed timely as promised and the body work is excellent! Finally, the repair cost was almost half than a local competitor and two days quicker to complete the job.

Had a leak in my sun roof in my 2017 f250. Blue bonnet dealer been trying to fix it and I eventually got tired of the attempts. Crash Collision got it fixed and repaired some other items as well. Truck stays dry and rides like new again. Thanks CCR

5 star service! So let’s start off with that I brought my 2021 mustang is for a chip out of my roof due to a rock. I initially took my car to Caliber Collision which I do not recommend, they will screw you 7 ways till Sunday. Then took went over to crash collision in where Tracey did the estimate. Let’s just say that being a customer paying out of pocket I was very pleased with her honesty. There wasn’t a bunch of extra hours / parts that needed to be removed to complete the job. As for the job it was flawless ! I have nothing to say about the work besides that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will continue to use.

Had issue with (abs & traction control) on my jeep jk. I arrived at 4, 1 hour before closing, and was met with nothing but neighborly hospitality. Great atmosphere, great people. The Employees talked with me about the issue helped talk me through the issue and what steps should be taken. They didn’t try to up charge or anything of that nature. They were upfront and clear. They had quoted me to be done the next day but they got the part in early, and finished it that same day all within the hour. Nothing but hospitality, 10/10 will be recommending.

Crash Collision not only did a beautiful job repairing my truck they, they also helped me deal with what seemed like a nightmare of an insurance claim. Every step with the insurance claim was a problem and Colby and Bo where right there helping me with what seemed almost daily by getting ahold of them making things right. They definitely made a huge difference and went the extra mile to make it as easy as it could be. I got sideswiped by a hit and run driver about two weeks before Christmas, and I called at least 5 other top rated shops in town. Nobody else could start until January. I got my beautiful 2016 Camaro 2SS back on December 30. The repair and paint match look great, and they did a meticulous detail job to clean the car up for pick up.

I went to Crash Collision and Repair because I was rear ended by an unknown when I wasn't even in my car. Dented and destroyed my whole right rear. When I brought it into them, they were very knowledgeable and helpful about the entire process, what to expect, a decent time frame prediction, easy and seamless work with my insurance, etc. They took me to get a rental at enterprise and had my vehicle out in less than 2-3 days. For the damage that was done, I really didn't expect them to be done so quick. All the staff was helpful and very informative and kind to me. God forbid I ever have to go back to a vehicle repair shop. I'll be going to them. Really impressed (and I never give reviews tbh).

CCR found the part I needed (which was hard to find), repaired the AC quickly, and washed my car before I picked it up. Staff is highly knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I brought my car here for collision repair on a fender. I was helped by Tracey and she took a lot of time answering my questions and explaining how the repair would go. This was an insurance repair and they were a lot of help in dealing with the insurance company to make sure the repair was done right. With body work, there is always the worry that the repaired panels will not match. I was really happy with the result from this shop. They even paid attention to small details - they had to replace a line of striping and, although the striping on the car was quite faded, they did a good job of matching the new line in. I would definitely go here again for body work.
