With the sudden unexpected passing of my son, there was so much grief and sorrow. Having never dealt with making funeral arrangements, the experience was a daunting task to face. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the compassion dogs and the friendly staff. Francis explained everything so well and I felt no pressure. All of the staff took care of every detail and I felt comfort in knowing my son was taken care of by sensitive and caring people. One thing that makes Zoeller Funeral Home exceptional is the private bedroom they have set up to view your loved one. We got to say our goodbyes and see him one more time lieing in a comfortable bed, not in a casket. It was wonderful to get to hug him one last time. If I could give them 10 stars, I certainly would.

My wife passed away and we decided to choose Zoeller for her memorial. Frances helped us get everything in order; her viewing and (we called it) her celebration of life. They did an amazing job setting everything up, it was beyond my expectations. They also made her look as beautiful as she was in life. I don't think we could have made a better choice, dealing with such a hard time. Thank you Frances, and to all that assisted us.

My grandmother of 96 passed away on May 5th. She had made arrangements prior to this and new exactly what she wanted. Ray at Zoeller funeral home was extremely accommodating to her wishes. Him and the staff were compassionate and caring. Music was played at the perfect moments and the services were incredible. I recommend this funeral home. They really knew how to keep it simple.

My mother planned her funeral 2 years ago in order for her children to not have to struggle with anything. When the time came everyone there was very caring and answered any questions we had. Even making the phone call to have her picked up from The Blake was very smooth. Ralph and Bob are family friends and took very good care of GG even playing Pasty Cline for her final ride. The funeral home was very understanding and allowed us to have a celebration instead of a sad ceremony. We even had flamingos to flock GG grave. The staff was very understanding.

Excellent staff. Very caring and organized. They helped my family through the loss of both my parents and I couldnā€™t have asked for anything more. Their compassion is evident. They were an invaluable resource for helping us through the process. For their tremendous help during the memorial, and for their kindness during it all, thank you.

My experience was wonderful! I was able to get exactly what I wanted in my funeral planning without any pressure. Kelli Weiner was delightful and she made the process so simple. It's easy to see that making these decisions in haste would be far my emotional and expensive. Thank you for your support.

The team at Zoeller was very compassionate and professional from day one. Frances was the funeral director I worked with, and she was incredible. She went above and beyond over and over, making sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it for my momā€™s funeral. The death of a loved one is never an easy time, but Frances and the team at Zoeller made it about as easy as it can be.

My husband pre-arranged his funeral 6 years ago with Dignity in Pflugerville. I did not know what to do or expect when he passed away. Zoeller/Dignity was absolutely awesome! I had to cancel twice and when we finally had his service last weekend, it was amazing! The details were all taken care of, and it was more than I expected. Our Funeral Director was Frances and she was wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about Frances or Zoeller Funeral Home. Thank you for making a very tough time in my life so much easier for me and my family. Definitely 5 Stars and a Class Act!

For New Braunfels the location/access and facilities are 5 Stars, which were offset by a slightly stressful/uneasy environment. We like dogs but in our first visit and tour of the facility we kept having to stop for a big dog (Rottweiler) to enter every doorway first and due to his size almost knocked my wife (in good shape) off her feet going down a hallway. We also had to be careful not to step on, or trip, over 2 small dogs. Almost departed immediately after tour just to separate from dogs. Update: at viewing the funeral home was playing pop music that floored the grandkids, songs included the BeeGees ā€˜Staying Aliveā€™, and a few other songs that were equally inappropriate. At cemetery the music player quit working after a few seconds. Other equally attention getting acts that were directly due to inexperienced staff, that happens, but is amplified at a funeral. Too much that it all had to be coincidental, just overall lack of attention and preparation for potential unexpected events.

My wife and I live in Wisconsin and our son passed away in Texas. The staff at Zoeller Funeral Home were very easy to deal with. Frances and Amy were kind at every step. In our difficult time they were informed and pleasant. Graham

Our experience with Zoeller Funeral Home with regards to the preparation of our Mother's wishes and the implementation of those wishes when the time arrived, were better than we ever anticipated. We would highly recommend Zoeller Funeral Home to our friends and their families for these services.

Each person we had contact with at Zoeller was caring and helpful. Kelli did the preplanning with us. She was helpful and professional. Frances was our director and she was awesome. We had no idea of questions to ask. She walked us through every aspect of the service. We needed to make a few changes in the service and she helped us make it personal. She worked with Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery closely to schedule the service as quickly as possible. I was unable to pin the boutonniĆØre on my husband so she did it for me. After the service she took the time to allow us our final goodbyes and then gave me his rings. Highly recommend them when you need their service.
