A great company , Sunday I had a water leak, behind the vanity units in the master bath, I called them and within a hr the plumber was there, they arranged to have the place dried, removed the damaged dry wall, and arranged for an estimate for replacement and repairs, they are dealing with everything, I highly recommend these people honest professional and polite, can’t thank them enough.

Adam is a great business owner and the rest of his team at plumbsmart. From the office staff, the owner, technicians. I was always greeted with professionalism. Adam and his team actually cared about the home owner and the plumbing repairs, (which is rare these days) and reduced my bill by literally living up to their name “plumb smart” they found a better way to resolve my issue and cost me a cheaper bill. I really appreciate these types of people looking out for the home owner and helping them. Would recommend to anyone in the San Antonio+ area and surrounding. On a Friday night my tenant called stating that there was an unknown leak, she stated, "it sounded like it was raining inside", and the ceiling in the living room was falling down. I was frantically calling emergency plumbers and I left a message with Plumb Smart (not expecting a call back). Within ten minutes I received a call back and within an hour the owner, Adam, was at my house! He was genuinely empathetic, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately located the leak and arranged to have the repair made the next morning. He referred me to a restoration specialist, who is also awesome, and they were there the next day as well. Since I am out of town, he sent me photos of the damage, the repair and the cleanup. Adam communicated everything that was happening at my house and was super helpful. After the repair was made, the bill was incredibly reasonable. I have several rental properties and have dealt with many different plumbers but I have never had such a positive experience. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

My husband and I are first time homeowners and clueless when it comes to basic home repairs/upkeep. Our water was shut off for a day before we moved in, and since it was turned back on one of the toilet tanks wouldn't refill after flushing. Worried about creating a bigger issue if we tried to resolve it ourselves, we contacted PlumbSmart. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and efficient. Roger came out to help, and immediately detected the problem...a very simple fix of turning a valve. Better yet, he didn't make me feel dumb and refused to charge anything. A possible costly slab leak, turned out to be a water softener brine tank leak. Jorge and Corey took their time to root out a problem that, for every indication, was a likely slab leak. Brandon did a great job installing my water heater. He took the time to explain exactly what he did and showed me how automatic leak detector/cutoff valve works. I’ll definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Cody and my plumber Brandon were awesome from the beginning. They listened to my situation, came out to verify my suspicions with my regulator valve. The quality of plumbing was great and they even educated me on other aspects of plumbing. Never did they once make me feel like an idiot for asking questions. Additionally, I got to cross another upgrade off my list which was adding an expansion tank to my water heater. One month later Brandon fixed a frustrating water leak! He’s got a 100% success rate. I’ll be using them in the future for my water softener installation. If you want to be able to sleep comfortably after dreaded plumbing issues, hire these folks.

Absolutely perfect service! From the scheduler to Brandon and Corey's attention to detail it was the best customer service experience we've ever had. Corey was on time, drove all the way back to San Antonio to pick up something we wanted and still both he and Corey stayed late until the job was complete. We had low pressure on every faucet, they got the pressure back to where it was when our home was new.

I love this company! We’ve used them for a number of services including a new water filtration system and valve installation. They will probably be your most expensive option, but their value shows. They are professional, kind and hard working. In other words, you pay for what you get.

Justin was super helpful in diagnosing the valve broken on my tankless water heater and the water pressure issue. He was on time, answered all my questions, and worked quickly. I liked that PlumbSmart gives you options and breaks down all the available services and their prices. Definitely hiring them again!

Rapid response to request for an outside leak repair. Justin came to evaluate and found the most likely area. Offered two courses is action, chose full replacement with better materials. Initial issue with not having a digging crew but they solved that and were able to get a second crew on site same day. Corey arrived to check in and began work before the digging crew arrived. The crew and Justin showed up and rapidly completed the replacement. Took about 3 hours from start to finish. Find a secondary leak near the house during the repair which would have been missed if we'd chosen the cheaper option. Justin and Corey were helpful, professional, and worked to make the repair happen as fast as possible. Dont know how the price point compares, but I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Had plumb smart come install all the connections and hoses for my water softener. Justin did an amazing job! He was on time and got all the work done in a timely manor. Very pleased with this company and will definitely recommend and use again!

We had an water leak issue at my rental home during the independence day weekend. Adam from the company called and spoke to me about the process on the phone and help setup an appointment. The company then sent Roger over quickly and he called me an hour ahead to give me a heads up and found a small/simple issue with the plumbing. He not only fixed the issue and didn't charge me anything because it's a simple issue. Who does it these days? I'd recommend them for their honesty and great customer service. I had a major issue on a Friday night at about 9 o'clock that came to light on Saturday morning around 7 AM with my water supply to my home being completely dead. After calling around to more than a dozen companies Adam from PlumbSmart. Adam was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help me with my small water emergency. Even though the trouble it turned out to be was not his area of expertise he was resourceful enough to team me up with providers who could professionally solve my issue; he even followed up with me over the next 2 day to make sure I was completely taken care of. Found our house had 100psi water and gave them a call for a new prv. The plumber was available a day earlier and recommended a service that fit my budget. Estimated about an hour to complete the work and that’s about how long it took. I also had them replace a shark bite fitting with a new valve. The plumber cleaned up the mud from his shoes when completing the job.

These guys are the best plumbers ever. They are honest, helpful and fast. They respond quickly and will bend over backwards to help. Adam, Gabriel, Cody, Ryan, and the rest of the crew are knowledgable and responsive. I replaced two water heaters, added a circulating pump to the hot water system and fixed a shower and other faucets in my house. I can’t emphasize enough how good these guys are. Thanks.

After reading all the great reviews called 11/18 at 9:30am that I had a stopped up kitchen sink & confirming that they serviced SA. Call was answered by answering service. It’s now 5:45 pm & I never received a return call. Thankfully the next company answered & got a great technician out within the hour. Disappointed given the reviews. ***UPDATE - after posting the above review I was contacted by Cody, the CEO. He was very apologetic for not responding and said that there was a glitch in the system getting the messages to him. He offered their services to check my home plumbing for any possible concerns. I much appreciated his sincerity and follow up after in trying to get a convenient time. Gabe came out today, in the estimated time originally given. He was professional and did a check of my home and thoroughly explained the areas that may need to be addressed. No pressure to get it done right away. I HIGHLY recommend PlumbSmart for any of your plumbing needs. The CEO, Cody Blackmon, personally ensured that I was happy with the work. I had a leak from one of my hose bibs and he made sure it was taken care in short order. I was shocked when he was done in such a short amount of time! He even hooked my pool's auto fill back up to keep my pool running smoothly. He also checked the softness of my water since the pipe (connection?) to the hose bib showed tons of deposits from hard water. I've seen Culligan come in (not to my current home but in the past) and claim I had very hard water when in fact I did not. I was initially concerned that would happen again; however, Cody said my water was perfect (wow!). I have had such bad experiences in the past with people trying to rip me off; it was so great to find someone (a company) that I can trust.
