Absolutely terrible experience! Will NEVER set foot there again. The 1-star reviews about the terrible environment and lack of instructions were spot-on. The court layout and registration process are incredibly confusing. My friend and I ended up accidentally trespassing through the courts because NOBODY bothered to mention that only the middle lane leads to the rear courts. But it gets even worse. Two players had the audacity to insult us in Cantonese, assuming we wouldn't understand. We confronted them, but they persisted with their insults. And guess what? The administrator showed zero interest in understanding the situation and rudely snatched away my rented rackets, demanding that we leave! Unbelievably angry and utterly disappointed with their abysmal service.

newly renovated, but if u only have 2 people come to play very likely you gonna share the court with other 2 people. The experience was very bad. Otherwise I have to pay the membership for 110 dollars every month. Half of the building is constantly reserved for members who paid 1k annual fees or 120/hr training. If you’re not familiar with the sign up system, you’ll likely only play 30% of the time that youre here. Overall, come here only if you’re an enthusiast or you’re retired and looking to kill time. However, when trying to come with a group of friends just to have some fun, this is not the right place to be.

Review 2: I changed my review rating to 1 star for adding a queuing system that was inefficient and confusing. The lack of instructions complicated the scheduled times and conflicted with other groups. We had a group of 8 and ended up spending more time sitting around because other groups are taking advantage the system and not telling us. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back here with this mess. So my advice if you go is to ask the receptionist about the queue system and how it works. Also, day pass is now $20 and it’s really busy on Sundays. Review 1: Clean and organized. And it’s not too hot inside. About 12 courts available for reservations or open play. Price for the day is $17/P.

*edit 11/15/2022: The gym is worse than I initially expected. Courts are mostly unavailable. Gym opens at 6pm, but on many days almost all the courts are reserved for training until 9:30pm. Paying such steep costs for membership or drop-in should at least buy us patrons basic services. Also, lighting issues needs to be addressed on many of the courts facing the front desk - need to install more and longer drapes. Lights are blinding; disorienting and shuttles vanish mid rally. This is where SSF Bintang relocated to. It's a smaller gym with fewer courts (14), smaller parking lot, and recycled court mats from SSF, but otherwise a rather nice gym! Good lighting for the most part. *Unfortunately, the gym is usually packed like sardines and difficult to get courts to play.. maybe they can add courts to the empty rooms, if not just so we can practice low shots. *Warning: no water fountain installed at the time of writing this review

20 dollars to just come in the building even though I’m not playing? And it’s just to watch my partner? And then if I decide to play, it’s one game only? I’ve been here a few times and have never had this problem. I feel like I’m being racially profiled as I’m the only Caucasian person in here and have never felt more unwelcome. Needless to say, I won’t be back, and neither will my partner. Shame on you. Do better.

Maybe I’m a first time here that I don’t know the system. Here why I think it’s not comfortable and happy for me. 1. Front desk kinda had an attitude, no explanation, but it seem like her character like that lol, no customer services. Here is a tip that very important!!! When you register, please make sure you remember how you register your name because if you can’t remember you have to pay one more time to get a new registration. Password you can retrieve it but not the username!!! 2. It allowed you to play only 30 mins then you have to sign in to go to another court. Seriously!!! 30 mins We should be able to enjoy but now we have to keep motoring time and run to sign in another court to play every 30 mins.

Even the hour says they close at 11pm on weekdays but they shutdown the queueing system at 10:15pm and stop people playing badminton at 10:45pm. And they have 2 courts can’t be used because the floor issue, and they close the other 2 for training, even after the training end there they don’t allow other people go use those 2 courts. Given 2 courts can’t be signed up because they used for challenge. Only 8 courts available as for now2022 November, Not to mention sometimes more courts are reserved so very limited courts now. Definitely check how many courts open and how crowded they are before you go/pay for drop in. Otherwise no places to play and get bad experience with the queueing system and their managers.

Too busy and long wait. It’s not worth $20 drop in fee (which they just raised their price again). The court sign up system has a little secret: Choose “merge to the court” all the time so that you won’t get pushed out even if you are in queue #1 position. A group of 4 who choose “merge” will go before you whenever the current player ends early and you’ll need to wait another 30 mins.

Best place to play badminton near SF. Can get crazy busy on weekends, but it's a great court. Prices are on the higher side.

This is a small bintang location with fewer courts. The wall colors are super distracting and it has poor lighting. The only good thing is that it’s less crowded for the obvious reason.

Come at noon during weekdays for 17 drop in. Higher cost over weekends or evenings for 20. Over 15courts available.

pretty standard experience compared to other bintang locations, weekday lunchtime drop in fee $17 which is a great deal compared to evenings. no waits usually during the afternoon hours (10-2) and plenty of open courts, but it gets very busy in the evenings. lighting is a little rough but that is more of an annoyance than anything unbearable
