I came in because a local jewelry store had recommend I go to Pawn America. We stopped in at the St. Cloud location and I am so happy that we did. I learned more about jewelry there than I have ever before. Pawn Manager Keaton was amazing and extremely helpful! I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

These guys that I worked with today were very nice, clearly liked their jobs, and treated me with fairness and respect. The one guy with the crazy shaped glasses went the extra mile to ask several staff members for a second opinion about value on a ring I was selling, and ended up getting me a bit more. The other guy was really excited to explain gold, karats, how the pricing worked and even the alchemy of the metals. I went in with my guard up expecting to get taken for a ride but I definitely feel like I was given a fair price, and had an overall great experience. The wait time wasn't long either and the atmosphere was comfortable on a hot day. Thanks guys for coming in clutch.

Be cautious of any valuable jewelry you want to sell. I had a ring appraisal done at a jeweler and knew my value before going. This diamond ring was valued at $5000 and they offered $300 to $500. Now, are they qualified to evaluate or were they really low balling that much? I wasn't going to sell, but wanted to know how close they would get. I know they need to make a profit on things, but this was way off. Seller beware.

Hello, last night I was at Paw América, I am a client. I had not even had VAT for months and suddenly last night he came to sell one of my chains and when I went to the employee on duty he told me that my chain was not gold, he was wearing two gold 14's and he told me that The other one was gold 10 when I bought that one from them but they sold it to me as 14. I left the place disappointed I went to another sale and the chains were both gold 14 I decided to return with the documents so they could give me an explanation from that employee and the manager on duty behaved in a racist manner, I did not understand the reasons for not accepting the customer's complaint, I did not complain or give a memo to the employee, what that manager did was let me know that they sell gold 10 the same as gold 14 when clearly each gold has its own number and its different value, I don't know what is happening here but strange things are happening. My mother bought a chain months ago and it didn't turn out to be gold. I called the chief manager of this town in Saint Cloud so that my situation doesn't remain like this, they didn't even respect it. The years we have been buying there, I and my family had to take my belongings to a competition due to the bad behavior and the wrong evaluation of their employee. It is the first place where a customer is not served, he is not respected, everyone who reads me, be careful with what they buy and how they evaluate it when it comes to selling, know well what you are dealing with so that they don't tell you what it is not. Later when I returned I decided to withdraw a loan and he told me that he could not give me my loan that the American residence is not a valid add I don't know what's going on this is racism and I don't feel comfortable with this action this happened last night

I absolutely love this store. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you on price. I have been buying games at game shops and getting ripped off! The prices here are way more affordable and everything is in great condition. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Pawn America for your great service 🙂

Drove an hour to go get an iPad Pro that they had a really good deal on and I was helped by the this amazing woman named Denise, who took amazing care of me as soon as I walked in. She also tried to mark my item down as much as she was able to. It’s a long drive here for me but if I ever catch good deals here I will definitely be coming back to her!

David, the pawn broker, and Riley the assistant coach were so nice and helpful!!! They gave me appraisals for my items and didnt push me to sell anything before I was ready, let me leave and discuss with a friend and even get appraisals and sell some other pawn shops that offered a better deal on 2 of my items and when I came back I was greeted by name and with a smile, they honored their earlier appraisals and completed the transaction and even paid cash for me despite the fact that they wanted to so in check due to the ammount. They had a hugher gold pay out than other shops and the area and the customer service was great and so friendly. Will definitely come again!!

The old man working there is a straight up grumpy old man. Takes his sweet time doing anything and doesn’t care what you have to say. Just disrespectful, rude, and ornery. Plus he low balled the heck out of me on the loan for my ps5. Loaned it for 250 at MAX it, only 180 here. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here, MAX it pawn is a much better place if looking to pawn in St. Cloud. Plus the staff at MAX it are great people! Never had anything close to a bad experience with them. First time at pawn America in a long time and unfortunately it will be my last for sure! The young guy who seemed to be the manager was very helpful and kind. I’d say get rid of the old man and you’d have a much better shop! The main reason I said this about the old man is I originally brought in my prism Oakleys and before I could say a word he said no we won’t take that can’t verify they aren’t fake. Trying to say I would have something fake is just rude. And there are more than one way to verify real Oakleys that even I know about!! Lmfao maybe the old man should do his research. I even had the original case and receipt for the 295$ REAL Oakleys. But he didn’t even want to hear that. Rude. Old. Man. I kept this PG but I had a lot more PG-13 or R rated things to say about the guy

Super nice staff, very hospitable! I loaned my ring, and when it was time to pick it up, they cleaned it for me. On another visit, among many, we bought a projector and the staff member that was helping us, took it out, turned it on and showed how to use it, answered every question, and if he didn't have an answer, he researched it, found batteries for us when he didn't have to, etc. Just an amazing staff and always has good stuff. If I'm looking for something, I look here first.

I am treated with respect and fairness when it comes to the men and women that work here. Beautiful jewelry always so clean and the glass and all items I purchase from here always work properly and are just like new! As a struggling single mother the pawn America employees give me a very fair price every time definitely more reasonable and understanding then that stinky old lax it pawn across the street those guys are no where near as professional or respectful or as fair as my best friends at pawn America! If u need anything come here! Want to sell or pawn something come here! Best idea would be just to go there and check it out I guarantee you'll find something worth buying for a reasonable price!

I come here with my son every few months. He loves gaming of course, and as a single mom that can be spendy. Denise has helped us purchase 2 xbox ones, a ps4 and a ps5 plus extra controllers and games for all systems. I've walked out feeling like I've gotten a great deal and the best customer service I've had at any store. That's not an exaggeration either. I really appreciate Denise's help with all my purchases and we'll be back soon!!! ❤️
