I understand some people are unhinged about wearing masks that the CDC has emphatically said do not work, however when I went to spend a small fortune this young kid working there insisted on wearing a mask, I chuckled and grabbed a mask, he said, and I'm not paraphrasing, "You're welcome to shop at our competitor Salt City Home Brew Company" i left and could not stop laughing. I mean, who sends someone to their competitor? Yeah he was pretty rude, I just left and spending a small fortune at Salt City Brew Company. Foolish kid, seriously foolish. All, as I never said I wouldn't wear the provided mask, he was jumped the shark and said I could give my business elsewhere, so I did. Unbelievable.

I have bought all my beer brewing supplies from the beer nut over the last few years. The people of the beer nut staff are top notch beer brewers. They have guided me from beginning level brewing up through advanced brews! The beer nut has been central to my beer brewing enjoyment.

I love going to beer nut, and I always have enjoyed that they give you the level of help that you want. If you want them to do everything for you, they will. If you want to be left alone and put your recipe together by yourself they are totally hands off. And you can get every level of help in-between. The last time I went in there, Chaz helped me and he was amazing.

Same experience as the last comment, walked in to purchase supplies and was immediately instructed to put on a mask. I get it if you are still paranoid or misinformed but if you push your politics/agenda on your customers they always have a choice to go down the road and support another business.

These guys helped me pick my first ever beer brewing kit about 5 years ago, and I've been going back for ingredients, advice & upgrades ever since. I get all emotional just thinking about it! Reasons why the Beer Nut RULES. 1). These dudes seriously know their stuff. 2). They have an incredible selection. 3.) Their costumer service is the absolute best. Anytime someone mentions that they want to start brewing I send them here!

I have been very happy with this place. I have been making beer since my 21st birthday and most of my equipment and ingredients have been purchased at the Beer Nut. There has been a few years where I stopped going because an associate of theirs was very rude and acted disgusted about answering a few questions I had, that associate is no longer there and I don’t know when he left or what happened but now I’m back and the Beer Nut folks have been as helpful and informative as I have always remembered. I will be back many times again as long as they keep up the great service they have provided to me throughout the 23 years I have been a home brewer.

Doing up some mead and these guys were awesome and very informative. They've also got a huge selection of ingredients to choose from and a wide array of utensils, brewers etc. Perfect 1 stop shop.
