Shada is very friendly and helpful. She found my leak very quickly. And has been very helpful with my plants and other concerns. The pond is beautiful and very relaxing.

Every time I go in I am blown away with how knowledgeable and helpful all the employees are! Not only have they helped my diagnose/ fix small issues with my pond myself, whenever they come out to clean our pond they are on time, fast, and thorough.

They helped me save my koi when my pump failed in freezing weather. I was able to do a quick fix job to keep my fish alive until I can have a professional repair next week. Very grateful for their services and expertise. I’ve also gotten plants from them in the past and they have been consistently awesome.

Beautiful little city spot to get your small and large pond plants and koi fish. They even have a shop kitty. I would go here just to pet the kitty, but getting water lettuce and hyacinth is plus

Love the quality and variety and no one can beat Ebony for knowledge and customer service. Obtained a water Lily and fertilizer about a month ago and it's doubled in size and has two flowers coming up. Today we got a dozen water hyacinths and some more fertilizer. Ebony took great care to clean them up and give us great root systems. Our fish are so happy for the shade! Thank you!

Such a cool place! Great staff and helped us alot in suggesting plants and providing great advice on pond care in general. We are definitely going back when we are ready for adding fish too!

This is the third garden place that I called for information and Sam was the only one that was willing to take the time and find answers to my questions about a new pond project I've created for myself. I bought a purple water lily from Utah Water Gardens. First of all the color is unusual for a hardy plant, but the size of the plant was amazing. It had one flower out and two more coming. I am excited to have this in my pond with my other plants. The service here is excellent, they even repotted my plant into a bigger pot. All around good service.

My first initial contact with utah water gardens started out a little rough, but once the appointment was scheduled for my pond cleaning, everything went as advertised. The guys were on time, very curtious and friendly. They did an amazing job on my pond. I will definitely use them next year. Pricing was extremely reasonable.
