We love Spring Gardens! My in-laws were residents there for over a year. We had experience with the senior living, assisted living, and memory care sections; all had top quality care. The staff was always friendly and caring. The nursing staff was the best. The facilities were light and bright and always spotless and everything smelled good. They had lots of activities, daily exercise, visiting musical groups, and holiday parties. The residents were very good to look after each other and they all felt like part of our family. I would definitely recommend Spring Gardens to anyone considering a lovely place to live that gives the added care and help they might need.

Our father recently passed away at Spring Gardens after being in the Memory Unit for 1 year and 9 months. We could not have had a better experience there! The staff was always responsive to our questions and concerns; even taking our suggestions to heart. They were attentive and patient, consistently upbeat and positive, in many ways they felt like family. They dealt with our desire to personalize some of his diet, and they helped provide all the stimulation and support possible, in his situation. We always felt welcome there in the serene and super clean surroundings. The adjunct professionals that came in to work with our father were also outstanding. During the four days that our father was dying, the staff was especially sensitive and compassionate. They afforded us privacy, but also support. We were able to gather as a family as if he were at home, but with the backup of professional care. We could not have asked for more. As a family, we highly recommend this facility to anyone considering care for their loved one.

This is THE best senior living facility in Holladay. As a nurse practitioner, my healthcare standards are very high. I've experienced many assisted living centers, and none compares to the excellence here. It is bright, beautiful, and welcoming. The residents are very happy. The staff are happy, friendly, and always willing to go out of their way to help. The director, Kim, is a nurse who knows how to train staff with the needs of the client at the forefront. Memory Care excelled beyond our expectations. When Mom needed minimal assistance, they gave her that autonomy. When she was bedridden and required more care, they were there hourly to reposition and care for her. Fernanda, Briquelle, Ruby, Ava, Andy, Emma, Becca and so many more. Allison from activities was wonderful. I recommend this facility without any hesitation. Thank you for caring for my mom as you would have your own.

My mother was cared for in the memory care unit at Spring Gardens for the past six months. The level of careful attention and professionalism exhibited by the staff there is unmatched. We had experiences with our parents in other facilities, and none compare to the quality of care at Spring Gardens. I was so touched by how they cared for her in her final weeks, protecting and preserving her dignity, and making sure all of her needs were met. The kindness they showed our family as we gathered to say goodbye to Mom was truly amazing. I know many were involved in her care, but I witnessed Ava, Ruby, Andy, Briquelle, Cindie, Rebekah, Michael, Fernanda, Kai (and I'm sure others) treat my mom with such love and respect. Forever indebted.

We chose this facility based on a previous resident from our family, the excellent staff and perhaps the most important reason was the care that Dad received. He was in the Memory Care unit for almost a year and a half and was known by everyone and very personally cared for from those who helped him bathe, fixed and served the meals, provided the crafts and entertainment, and the quiet and comfortable facility, especially the courtyard. He was safe and we never doubted our decision to bring him to Spring Gardens Holladay. Angels work here.

Our Mom passed away recently after spending her last three years at Spring Gardens Holladay. It was a wonderful place for her to live out her final years. Friendly staff and residents and always spotlessly clean. We loved visiting her there. We would certainly recommend it to others!

My dad really did not want to leave his home. He was not happy about moving into Spring Gardens. But it didn’t take long before he began to thrive. He got healthier and happier. Everyone who works at Spring Gardens radiates kindness and joy. Dad tells me all the time how many many friends he has. Both residents and workers. He was 97 when he moved in , and he had lost all of his peers. But now he has friends who relate to him and have had shared experiences. We love Spring Gardens and feel that it is run by the very best people possible. They make dad feel special, and we have great peace of mind knowing what good care he is receiving there

Spring Gardens met every expectation as our family decided on a place that would fit the needs of our sister who is “pleasantly confused.” The high ceilings and lovely rooms create a space of openness and freedom. The staff including management, medical and dining personnel call each resident by name and quickly learn their likes and dislikes. My sister has enjoyed the crafts, musical programs, games, lecture series, manicures, nightly movies and especially the weekly scenic drive with friends made at Spring Gardens. Holidays are celebrated by hanging decorations and inviting family members to participate in activities—trick or treating, Easter egg hunt, Santa, etc. It is truly a caring facility with the prime objective to meet the needs and concerns of every resident. We as a family have always received kind responses to our questions and action when needed. We appreciate the dignity with which our sister is treated always with love and respect. We are grateful for Spring Gardens.

Spring Gardens Holiday hire the best caretakers and employees. My Mom has been there for 6 months and absolutely loves everyone she comes in contact with. I volunteer at Spring Gardens and have been in and out of the facility at various times during the day and night. The staff are always attentive to those around them and are very kind and respectful to the residents, whether they are in the assisted living area or memory care unit. The facility is clean and well kept. The activities are varied to meet needs of the many residents. The residents have expressed to me that they are very happy living at Spring Gardens, their needs are met and they have nothing to complain about. There is an inviting atmosphere at Spring Gardens that is felt the minute you walk through the doors.

Spring Gardens was the perfect place for our mother. The staff is great from top to bottom. They took excellent care of her and made her feel loved and appreciated. She also enjoyed mingling with the other residents and taking part in the many activities available. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are always kept clean. Free popcorn and nightly movies. I kind of wanted to move in myself. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I moved my mother there in July and it is a wonderful, beautiful facility. The staff is kind and caring. They have a excellent response time whenever my mom pushes her button they were there in five minutes or less. Communication is outstanding. Anytime she has an issue or a need they call me and let me know right away. It is very clean and very comfortable. Every med tech, nurse, waiter, janitors, are friendly and very polite. I am so grateful I put my mother to live in such a wonderful place. They do a fantastic job, and I would be happy to talk to anyone who wants more information.

Spring Gardens is a wonderful place to work. They are very accommodating and always offering opportunities for you to grow! I really enjoy working at spring gardens as I start my career path in nursing. I have learned so many things from working here. All workers are team players and always willing to jump in, including management. This is the best job I have had in health care to gain experience in the medical field. They treat their workers very well and with respect. I will recommend this place to anyone looking in this job field!

Spring Gardens Holladay is an amazing senior living community. I would definitely recommend this place to my grandparents. The staff members are so kind and genuine. They deeply care about each resident and want them to have a great experience at their new home. Not only are the staff members kind but they are competent as well. The staff are trained and make sure the residents are safe and healthy. Spring Gardens has a wonderful team that works hard everyday together to make this place feel like home for the residents. The building is clean and modern, there are many activities for the residents, and delicious meals each day. The management is wonderful. I always feel so welcomed and happy when I am at Spring Gardens Holladay.

My mother Ann lived at Spring Gardens Holladay for about 4 years. We are so appreciative of the wonderful place there! My mom loved it and we loved coming there to visit her. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. Kim Gladstone was there from the beginning when it was first built and now is the General Manager and does a great job. The food is excellent and the facility is always very clean. I would highly recommend Spring Gardens Holladay as a very pleasant assisted living home. The staff at Spring Gardens are caring, well-trained, and compassionate. I felt that they truly cared about my mom. I loved visiting my mom because the staff was so friendly. I felt my mom was in a safe environment among friends which included the staff at Spring Gardens. My mom was well cared for, and when I visited her, she was always positive and happy. I could feel the love the staff had for my mom, and it was easy to love them back because they were so great! Thank you Spring Gardens for all the care and help you gave my mom! Our father lived at Spring Gardens for 5 years until his passing. Incredible team and staff treated him like family; loved, laughed, and provided needed assistance. Great resident safety practices. Office very communicative and open. Nurses all attentive and present. Amazing care from being independent when first arriving to final days of life. We researched several assited living facilities in Salt Lake City, no other faciltiy or personnel could match the magic Spring Gardens create daily for the resdients.

This is the place to send your loved ones for either senior living or memory care. My mother became a resident at Spring Gardens 15 months ago. (almost exactly the time of the “lockdown.”) As scary as it already is to move your parent out of their home they made the transition smooth. Everything your parent needs is under one roof. Lovely dining room with 3 daily meals, activities, field trips, performances, crafts, church services, beauty parlor, movie theatre, library and social gatherings. My sweet mom had early signs of dementia when we moved her in and the staff loved her like their own. This facility had ZERO covid fatalities through those long months. Safety came first and they protected their residents with strict visitation rules but obviously it was a success. This was a 5 star experience for my mother and for the whole family. Kim Gladstone (the director) loves the residents and has hired top notch staff. There wasn’t one staff member that I didn’t have full trust in taking care of my mom. Lastly, they adored my mom. My mom passed away Monday night and we had knocks on the door from staff asking if they could come say goodbye in her final hours. They are now our family and Spring Gardens will always be apart of our fond memories with my mom.

Spring Gardens is such an amazingly wonderful facility. The staff truly care about the residents safety and well being. I have the opportunity to work here for 4 years until I became a nurse, everybody is truly wonderful. I’ve made life long friends and learned a lot throughout my years of working here. Kim, the administrator is kind and knowledgeable and truly hands on with caring for the residents. Management constantly works harder to achieve greatness and is always working on improvements to continue to be better. Staff always puts their residents first and always have a smile on their face. The building always smells good and is well maintained. The food is exceptional. This is a place that will truly feel like home.

We couldn't be more happy with Spring Gardens and the care my 98 year-old mother has received for the past 3 years. When I first entered the facility to decide the best place for my mother, I immediately noted the pristine and nicely decorated facility. It has become a lovely, comfortable home for her and she has made many dear friends. The staff is superb! Everyone WANTS and ENJOYS serving their patrons. Mom has had several health issues and qualified nursing and support staff has been at her side through her struggles. Whenever I call for a request or a concern, the management always addresses it in a professional and satisfactory manner. Spring Gardens is a great Assisted Living Center to help you in taking care of your loved ones. I have had the opportunity to work with the team at spring gardens with both of my parents over the last three years. My dad spent six months in their memory care wing battling dementia and Alzheimer’s. The team at Spring Gardens has always been very kind, considerate and patient with the care they have provided for my dad and continue to provide for my mom. I have spent many hours visiting my parents at Spring Gardens and have always felt welcomed. Kim, Hailey and Fernanda, remembered us from the time my dad spent there and welcomed my mom as is she was an old friend, making the transition for my mom that much easier.
