We were referred to Chris and his team to do a large yard grading job and two retaining walls. The project involved a significant amount of dirt, manpower, and heavy equipment. At the start, Chris visited our home on multiple occasions to discuss our questions and concerns. After making the initial deposit, we were a bit frustrated about the pace/duration of the project, but Chris was responsive and, once the dirt was delivered, the job was completed quickly and efficiently. More importantly, the job was completed to perfection, and the end result was better than anything we could imagine. We were blown away and, despite the initial frustration, the project was beyond well worth the wait.

Chris and his team at Gold Coast Pavers did a fabulous job that transformed the outside front of our home. We replaced and expanded the driveway and front entry, along with a brand new sidewalk. They delivered the desired premium materials as we requested and the pricing was competitive and transparent. We highly recommend them to any homeowner considering a masonry project in the future.

I wanted to put a post up on here RAVING about our recent experience with Goldcoast Pavers. We recently took on a huge backyard renovation and driveway installation project and had an amazing experience. Goldcoast Pavers came highly recommended, and after meeting with SIX other contractors, we were sure they were the right choice for us and our project. Chris came by the house to scope out the project and meet with us about three times before we actually committed, and he was extremely thorough in terms of what we could expect with respect to pricing, timing and scope. We were very worried about overruns (on what was already a huge project) so Chris also arranged for an electrician, plumber and other specialists to come take a look and give us an estimate range. For the masonry part itself, Chris also made sure to give us outside estimates so we would not be surprised later on. If it wasn’t for his care and thoughtfulness, I don’t know if we’d have ever pulled the trigger on this big a project and we certainly wouldn’t have been as comfortable for the project’s duration if it wasn’t for him and his team. Not only did Chris’ team start on time, but they came every day (weather and project permitting, of course) until it was finished to perfection. Chris and his PM were always a text or phone call away (even late at night - sorry guys!) and worked with us whenever anything came up. They were able to handle additional asks, as well as revisions to the design (which was beautifully laid out for us in a digital image at the beginning of the project). Any question or request we had was handled quickly and respectfully. I never had any worries in terms of professionalism or quality. They even worked to make sure the backyard was ready for a party we had planned to throw the first weekend in May, which required sending a huge team to our house a couple times the week before so that everything would be perfect. Their PM even came back to the house the Friday before the party to help my husband install a keg to our outside taps when we couldn’t figure it out ourselves (🤣)! We are thrilled with how our driveway and backyard came out and can’t believe how beautiful it all looks. We will now be able to enjoy our outside space with our family for years to come thanks to Goldcoast, and as a family company, we know that is exactly the outcome Goldcoast wanted for us. We can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

Gold coast pavers did a wonderful job on my backyard reno. Working with Chris and company was a absolute joy as they are super thorough and workmanship is outstanding. Chris was very understanding in working with us and dealing with all our issues. We are so pleased and cannot say enough about them!

I’m surprised this company is still around. Worse place and owner I have ever dealt with. Was w/o our pool one entire season bc of the terrible job they did with pavers and it took them months to complete job. Don’t ever expect to get a call back from him bc he doesn’t answer and mailbox is always full Also they put holes in my liner with the concrete they were digging up Run fast from Gold Coast. Other paving places have verified what I said !

Gold Coast does beautiful work !! We ran into a small issue which quickly got resolved. Chris has excellent ideas and is a very reasonable guy . Mike was very hands on and very motivated to make a customer happy . Jackie is a very nice person to deal with, great personality. Only problem was the timing was a week behind which wasn’t bad at all . I am very happy and pleased with the quality , staff and service.
