Today I had a visit with Dr Williamson. I absolutely love her! She is the very best primary care physician I’ve ever had. She’s a wonderful listener, proactive, asks the right questions and always looks to get answers through smart tests. Dr Williamson truly cares about her patients and is a great advocate for them. I’m thankful to have such an awesome doctor on my side.

Dr. Williamson is awesome! She takes time to asks questions and to make recommendations on treating whatever is going on. Loves to see healthy patients. I recommend her to all I know that need a Good Dr.

I think it is so considerate of Dr. Williamson that as soon as I finish my labs, she calls me in for my appointment, even though it was an hour early. I always know that she will do a thorough job of checking everything concerning my health. She does this with such a cheerful attitude, and acts as if I’m her only patient that day, although I know she has many patients. I appreciate her kindness so much. She has the nicest manner about her.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Minimal wait time for my appointment. Dr. Weaver’s nurse was kind and professional. Dr. Weaver was thorough and very knowledgeable in her field. Very positive experience!

Dr Grosek is always very focused on finding some way to resolve issues that my husband and I are experiencing. I think he goes above and beyond. We are very pleased with him as our doctor!

Both Tiffani and Michelle were very professional and made me feel more comfortable with the circumstances that I was under.

The girls, sorry, ladies at the check in counter were fantastic. I arrived a little late but they managed to squeeze me in. Dr Andersen and his team were outstanding!!! It was my first time with them, I was in need of a new PCM, having turned 65 less than 2 months ago. I think this is going to be a great team to take care of me!

It was so comforting, from start to finish. Each person I spoke to, from the intake to the actual scan was kind, informative and genuinely made me feel cared for. I couldn't ask for more. I'm so appreciative of each person I spoke with today.

Dr Wasson is always kind and professional. She listens to my needs and gives great feed back and recommendations. I feel comfortable with her, the nursing staff, and the administrative assistants. The scheduling process is easy and accommodating.

Mindy Dune is fabulous & listens & takes her time! I have never liked going to see healthcare professionals, but Mindy is a cut above. I’m glad I found her and was able to establish new primary care. As I age, I’m finding it more and more necessary to pay better attention to my health. I’m glad I can confidently make an appointment knowing that I will be seeing someone who truly cares & listens!!!

So glad I had the opportunity to see Mindy Doom, NP. She really took time to listen to my concerns and she personally called to help with navigating the referrals she made for me. She was really easy to talk with as well and took an interest in my kids who I had brought with me. Will be sticking with her for sure!

I made the appointment for adhd, only to find out the Doctor isn’t even comfortable with dealing with people with adhd when that was the original reason for appointment. I am an over the road truck driver and took time off for that specific reason because it’s been bothering me. Was told “you’ve been dealing with it this long just deal with it longer until you can see a psychiatrist” Waste of time and money.

The staff at Monument deal with a large number of people every day. Each and everyone of them that I interacted with, were kind, efficient and very professional. I am pleased with the services that I received from them.

We just moved here and was looking for a primary care Doctor. My husband and I both saw Dr Anderson. He was very nice and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to seeing him again.

Appointment at Monument Flormann center with Dr Tracy for jaw, ear pain. Her nurse, Mika, was friendly and processed me in quickly. Dr Tracy was helpful, informative, and developed a good plan for addressing my situation. Happy camper.

Nice staff with a doctor who listens and works to get you physically to your best self. The place is under construction right now, but could look pretty good when it’s done. The place is clean though.

Staff greeted and checked me in. All were very friendly. I had to ho yo two different offices to receive all vaccinations. I was delayed when the nurse stated that insurance information was not present.

Seen Dr. Tracy for post hospital visit. Very personable. Quickly identified continuing care needs and ordered labs and initiated ortho specialty referral for post op. Ensured info and meds were correct for next PCP visit.

Great following my doctor around the state. When you find a good doctor they usually have great people around them. Guadeloupe his assistant was so kind and knowledgeable. I saw you had awards poster in office I think she wins as best of year. Just perfect visit.

Typical excellent healthcare experience by my primary internist, Dr Jim Bowman, and his nurse, Tara. Supper admin staff at checkin were friendly and expeditious. Called in before my scheduled time and Dr Bowman did a fine job listening to me with specific recommendations for my health care. I am a 10+ year patient and have zero complaints. Period. Not a fan of the masks but that seems to be the PC protocol.

I had a blood draw for an upcoming Prolia injection and had come from a lumbar injection. Rather than go home and come back to Rapid City, I asked if it would be okay to check in early and wait. They said absolutely. They got me in and out early and it was very much appreciated. It's a great clinic with helpful people.

This review is for Dr. J. Allen Washburn. This man is a selfless good Samaritan who went out of his way to help a stranger in a time of need. He didn't think he was doing anything special, as that is the true sign of an actual Samaritan, but I can tell you that kind of caring isn't as prevalent as it once may have been. One will be in good hands if their care is with this Dr. at this facility.

The clinical assistant did a good job but I missed my favorite nurse. Dr. Strausburg is amazing. I enjoy visiting with her and she does a wonderful job.

Dr. Grosek was amazing with my 91 year old mother in law. He listened attentively and answered all of our questions. So happy to have found a great doctor right way.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The Nurse and Doctor were very professional as well as friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your PCP needs.

Had a great Dr’s visit! Haven’t been there in person for awhile because of the pandemic. Was good to see Dr. Khachikian again! Everyone is very friendly and efficient at the clinic!!

Dr Weaver was fantastic. Showed great care and concern for my situation. I never felt rushed. Her nurse was very friendly and helpful. Made me feel very relaxed and both she and Dr Weaver were very welcoming. Short wait times all around. Highly recommend.

The ultrasound technician was excellent today. She described the procedure and what to expect. She has a great bedside manner, is very efficient and obviously very skilled with the technology. Thank You Rick Peterson

I arrived early. And the receptionist was unbelievably friendly. My lab tech got me in really quick and was excellent at her job. No pain with the poke of the needle. I always enjoy going to your facility at 640 Foreman St.

Lori was the technician for my mammogram and she is wonderful! She is warm and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The check-in staff is also helpful and welcoming.

We came for vaccines. Check in was great. We didn’t wait long One nurse on the computer was fantastic, kind and helpful. The other who was giving vaccinations was cold, demanding and rude. Hard to have a good experience with kids and shots anyway but she was very unhelpful to the situation. Went better at other clinics outside monument.

Everyone there is very helpful, kind & very friendly. I love coming here because they make me feel safe, they go out of their way to make you very comfortable. I also ❤️ Amber McMillin, she’s amazing. Everyone there makes my heart happy. So thank you everyone for being so wonderful 🥰🥰❤️❤️

Professional, accommodating, personable. Diane was friendly and easy to discuss health issues with me and thoroughly explained process and follow up information. Travis was professional in asking questions and gathering necessary health information. Overall, a very comfortable experience. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Grossek is thorough with every appointment I have had. I have been seeing him for almost 2 years and am completely satisfied with the care he has provided. Based on my experience with him I believe Dr. Grossek truly cares and does everything he can to improve the well being of his patients.

I had my 1st mammogram and it could not have gone easier or smoother. The check in was fast, the radiology tech was so kind and explained everything so well. The room was spotless and the waiting couch comfortable. I got results back in less than 24 hours! Overall it was a great experience!
