We looked everywhere for a house full of furniture for our new build. We just couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. We came here and Mike was super nice. He gave us our space to look but also was there when we had a question. We also worked with Dave in the kids side and he was great as well. We found everything we needed to furnish our entire home and the pricing really wasn't all that bad. Plus we were able to get everything we really wanted in time for the house to be completed so we should have all of our furniture in place when we move in. The best part is they deliver and set up everything so we don't have to worry about moving any furniture. So happy we decided to come here. Thank you so much Mike and Dave for making this so easy.

We are just finishing a great purchase assisted by Dan. We have been to RTG so many times and this would have to be one of the most helpful and knowledgeable visits. His attention to detail, our detail, was second to none.

The experience with Rooms To Go has been good so far in terms of service. The dining table we purchased had issues, and they replaced it without any hassles after 1 year. I again faced the same issue with the new table after a year, and they gave me an option to resale it to rooms to go at the same price. I just hope the new one doesn't show up with problems.

Got all of our furniture with the help of Mia, she is awesome!!! They delivered it, put it together and, put it where we wanted. The delivery and set up crew was phenomenal. Great experience

We were welcomed by Rachel and she was very knowledgeable of the furniture features we were interested in buying. She walked with us and showed and explained and didn't pressured us to buy. We were very happy with our purchase and and plan to come back for more items.

We are so excited about getting our new sofa the sales man Jay was awesome not only did he stay after hours for us. he was NOT pushy and was so patient with us, even when we spent time going back and forth between sofas across the show room floor. he showed us many options gave us space to talk amongst ourselves. He took in mind the size of our space and showed us sectional after sectional that would work. He took our feed back on every sofa down to color shape arm or no arm until we found the one. I highly recommend Rooms To Go as they have great options for different preferences. I want to highlight Maylin's wonderful service! We went to the store several times before deciding on our furniture and she was always very helpful, patient,knowledgeable and willing to put her customers' needs before her own sales goals. Great variety of furniture to choose from. Different styles and colors. We bought a living room couch and recliner. Also a bedroom set for my son. Did not break the bank. Delivery will be in a few weeks. Friendly service and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be a repeat customer.

Went to Rooms to Go Wesley Chapel and had a superb experience with Chris. He was very professional and pleasant and set us up with all our preferred pieces. He explained all the offers, availability, shipping and set up instructions with just enough detail. The service was not rushed. Excellent experience.

Aloha, Sunday evening, we came to Rooms To Go to check out some furniture for our new home; Hunter welcomed and greeted us pleasantly and offered his assistance. After browsing stuff in the store, we found the perfect and functional couch that we needed. Since it was already late and the store was about to close, we decided to finalize our purchases the next day. We came back the next day as we promised Hunter. We ordered my sectional couch more than one-bed frames, nightstands, and dressers. We were happy with all the furniture we purchased. I want to say that the highlights of our shopping experience were (1) we got some great deals/discounts and (2) we had the best sales associate we have ever encountered since we moved here from Hawaii. It was a very smooth process; Hunter was knowledgeable, and all our questions were answered. He is so helpful. I genuinely could say Hunter is the best asset to your company. Had an issue with a mattress we purchased. The store Manager, Inga , spoke with us and introduced us to Sales Associate Mike Counts. Mike spent quite a bit of time with us to assist in finding a replacement mattress. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He and Inga took excellent care of us. They wanted to insure we left Rooms To Go completely satisfied. It is without hesitation we recommend Rooms To Go!

We got to work with Susan and she was phenomenal! Before we even walked in she must have seen us coming in and she started to approach the front door. She greeted us with a smile and welcoming feel. We had a fantastic experience with Devin today. We we torn between two couches & he was extremely patient and went through all the pros & cons we had with each piece. We finally decided on the Eric Church sectional. Devin was awesome & made it fun spending a lot of money. Furniture is a big investment, Devin made this a great experience.
