This UPS store is the best around. Vinny, Liz, Matt, Ashton, and Austin are awesome, always friendly, willing to help and kind. I can't say enough positive things about these guys. This is the BEST UPS I have ever been to. Great service, great people. It is almost therapeutic for me to go in there because they really take care of you and the items you need handling. No joke. Don’t go to other UPS or post office if you don’t have to. Serious.

I cannot say enough about the service at this location. The staff is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. To give credit where credit is due, Austin has specifically rescued numerous projects from printing, to shipping, to handling official documents. The staff at the Morristown UPS branch should serve as an example for other businesses to follow.

To whoever reads this, please know that the personnel here make this the best UPS store in the whole land. I needed to ship around 200 lbs of stuff to Puerto Rico in the middle of the holidays and these guys, with their friendliness, patience and overall good sense of high-quality service, exceeded my expectations by a mile and a half. They not only were able to offer me a more-than-reasonable rate, but somehow they found a way to make everything arrive within a week. I can't be grateful enough. I can't recommend them enough.
