I have the most horrible luck finding jeans and I was super discouraged after shopping around all day. I called the store and talked to Charity about sizing. I came in and she ended up being the one who waited on me. She went above and beyond in helping me find jeans my size, and trying on about 15 pair, until I found one I liked and felt good in. She was kind and patient and helpful without being overly pushy about buying. I will be back! Thank you Charity! The customer service was above and beyond.

Rachel was so sweet and helpful. I previously went to the Buckle in Opry Mills and felt overwhelmed and discouraged. Rachel was so nice and made my experience 1000% better. Will definitely be returning soon! This store was also much easier to navigate through to find just what I needed!

I’m writing this review purely because I just visited the buckle at the green hills mall and I can just SEE the night and day difference in service between the two stores! I got in relatively early on a Wednesday and Darcy helped me so much! She was so attentive and offered up suggestions of clothes that she thought matched my style, while still picking things to try that I maybe wouldn’t have looked twice at! She really does have an eye for dressing people and she was SO patient with me. I think I was in y’all’s dressing room for two hours trying on clothes which I LOVED because she kept picking up things that were so perfect for my style or looked surprisingly good on me! Darcy has it DOWN when it comes to customer service

Every single employee I had the pleasure of dealing with at Buckle at the Murfreesboro Avenue has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is very nice & more than willing to help you find what you need. I purchased some jeans yesterday, but unfortunately they were too long so I had to return them today. The process couldn’t have been easier & the employees were eager to help me find something that fit. They even offer free alterations which I think I will have to do since I’m such an awkward size. I will definitely be returning because of how pleasant the staff members were while clothes shopping, which is something I absolutely hate doing. (Lol) Thanks again!

Absolutely great service. Normally when you go in a store and no one pays attention. Then I kind of feel out of your element and leave. I was buying a jacket and I'm super picky about them. The sales person greeted me and threw out some choices. I thought at first pushy, but then with a few no's or that's not me. They understood. I left the store and came back. To my amazement the service was still there. People don't understand that's your job to provide excellent customer service. If it's not you and you don't like it. Don't buy it. I ended up buying two jackets. One for me and my little girl. A helper made her day by finding her a jacket that made her super happy. Thank you all. I will be back again.

This was an amazing shopping experience from beginning to end. Granted I was the first person in the store but I was greeted with joy and kindness and asked how they could help and then two of them went to work finding me what I needed, I didn’t even have to look for it, then as the worked while I tried stuff on they helped me to pick stuff out as I came out and looked at the items in the mirror outside the dressing room. I don’t normally spend much money on clothes and things so this was different for me and they made my shopping experience feel very worth the money and I got what I needed and was very happy and they made it known they were happy that I was happy.

Cheyana was very helpful. The atmosphere in this store was very positive. I was greeted at the door immediately. She was able to find the perfect pair of jeans for me first try. I ended up buying 6 pairs. Will be back to this store!

I love buckle jeans but not so much here lately.. I bought these jean’s probably a month ago and boom big hole. Just wow, it’s like they make these jeans crapper and crapper. It’s already hard enough to find jeans for me due to only liking low rise but they are always out of stock in my size. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me either. Yes maybe I shouldn’t purchase from them anymore but there’s only so many place you can find decent jeans these days without “holes”.

I was overwhelmed by the number of jeans in this store but Karin helped me find the perfect pair! I never would have found them without her help. This was the third store I’d been in shopping for jeans and the first where someone actually helped me. Thank you Karin!
