I’ve had the pleasure of giving Tim numerous items, like old coins which he was able to trace back to there root of when they were made. Finding out history on there creation and reasons why they were made certain ways, great history information. He also has appraised jewelry of antique nature and is very open , informative on what he is given. He has assisted in minor repairs that would otherwise be very costly. I brought in some of an inherited gold and silver coin collection. Tim spent plenty of time with me and went through each item. He let me know what the retail value was and what he would pay me for it. I thought he was very upfront and knowledgeable. No pressure to sell to him, just free advice about what I had and what it was worth and how much he would make if he bought it. In the end I sold about half to him and split up the remainder with my siblings.
