I am an HUGE fan of Ultimate Fit! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone! After my first visit there I knew I’d be a return customer. The staff there is highly trained and knowledgeable on the shoes they carry and helping you find the perfect shoe for your needs. They will spend time with you, asking questions, trying multiple types of shoes and finding what works best for you. They do not pressure you, hurry you or make you feel like you have to buy the newest and most expensive. I went back tonight and took my husband so we could both get new shoes. They worked with him just like they did with me. Lizzy was fantastic tonight and really listened and worked with us to find the best shoes for my husbands needs and new ones for me! She was kind, sincere, and patient and made us feel valued and understood. She answered all our questions and took the best care of us. To me, Ultimate Fit is the ONLY place to go for shoes!

Great experience at Ultimate Fit yesterday. Lizzy was super helpful. She steered me in the right direction and provided a great selection of shoes to try. Never rushed, after trying each pair on, I was able to dial down to the perfect shoe for me. And thanks to the whole crew there for cheering on my final choice of my flashy red shoes!

After trying them all on I was able to easily eliminate 3 and pick the perfect shoe for me. I was in and out fairly quickly and left very happy!

Austin was great, very thorough, knowledgeable, and sincere. The whole experience from the custom foot measure / scan & the input Austin provided was great. I've never had a better shoe fitting experience for my family or myself than our most recent one at Ultimate Fit Shoes. I've always had a neutral stance and gate, so 'picking shoes' has always been 'easy'. Well, I learned a little more about myself during the fitting and the need for insoles. Sharon was amazing throughout the whole process. She explained what she was doing and how it would help. She brought out several shoes after the fitting and we discussed each one. In the end we found the ASICS Novablast 3 to be the best shoe for me with a powerstep insert. These shoes have felt great since I put them on and walking is even easier. I dare say these are the best fitting most comfortable shoes, I've ever owned and they will help me achieve my fitness goals. Sharon even taught me how to properly lace and tie the shoes using the last eyelet. 💯 game changer! Thank you Ultimate Fit and more importantly.... THANK YOU SHARON!

Last week I went to Ultimate Fir for the first time ever. They were recommended by several friends. I knew I needed new shoes for work and was tired of shoes that claim to offer the best support but fall short. I heard that their customer service was exemplary and that they really take the time to make sure each person gets the correct shoe based on their needs. When I arrived, the store was busy, but still had several store associates acknowledged me. I was then greeted by Kylie, who was very professional and friendly. She showed me how they assess each persons feet, and determine what shoes and inserts (if needed) are most appropriate for the individual. She then measured my feet and selected several shoes based on that criteria. She then helped me try on several shoes and walk in them to see which ones felt the best. We narrowed down which shoes I like as far as fit, then looked at color/design options. I tend to be a bit picky about design and colors, but she listened and made sure I had a good selection to choose from. Once I found the right shoe she helped me get fitted for custom inserts. She gave me lots of tips on how to care for the shoes and inserts, which is super helpful. Ultimate Fit is definitely a retailer that goes above and beyond the typical shoe store. They are confident in their services and what sets them apart. I wore my new shoes to work the next day and my feet felt amazing all day. I can’t remember the last time I came home and didn’t have foot pain. I walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day at work alone, and on workout days it is far more. Thanks to Kylie and the staff at Ultimate Fit, for helping me understand what I need in a shoe. It’s not everyday that people take the time to explain everything so detailed. It was a very positive experience for me and I will certainly recommend to all my friends. I will be back very soon to purchase a pair for the gym!

When ever I need tennis shoes I Always go to Ultimate Fit! I always get the best service, perfect fit and the most comfortable shoes there ever and they last a long time. JOSHUA- was super attentive and caring. He was personable but not so much so that he didn’t stay focused on his work. Through his expertise I found the perfect shoe almost immediately! When I had some weird trouble with the inserts (my weird feet) he was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I wish him the very best in his running career and life! I’ve been running for about a year and it was time to upgrade! We were immediately greeted when we walked in even tho they were busy. Shelby quickly came and helped us. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Addressed all of my concerns picked out 4 pairs of shoes for me to try on. I ended up with the Brooks GTS glycerins. Will definitely be back next time i need to upgrade!

Well worth the hour drive to get there! My salesman Cory was awesome to work with. He took the time needed to make sure I had the perfect fit for my needs. I came home so satisfied with my purchase that now my husband wants to go. I would highly recommend Ultimate Fit and ask for Cory he was great!

Kylie was extremely knowledgeable and helped my cousin and I get new running shoes. She taught me about medical-grade socks to help with blisters that I get from running, and she also hooked me up with a custom insole. I drove down from Bloomington today and I'm sure glad I did. Austin measured my feet, took note of my gait, and analyzed my arches and pronation to ensure I ended up with the perfect fit. Absolutely amazing experience! Drew was fantastic to work with & never once felt like anything was a sales pitch - it was more educational and I left the establishment completely happy and confident in my purchases. He even managed to find my father, who is currently in a skilled facility, the perfect shoe without even being present. I found having Mitch fit me extremely helpful. He pulled out several pairs of shoes that I had trained with in the past but also pulled someone new ones. He ended up getting me hooked on the new brooks glycerins. This was the first time I’ve tried this shoe and it’s the most I’ve liked one in a while. Kudos to mitch and the team on their great work !

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Drew this past Saturday. He was super knowledgeable and definitely could answer all of our questions even before we could get the chance to ask him. I highly recommend ultimate fit. Although in my favorite Brooks, I had been experiencing feet issues and I went to get fitted for proper model. Kylie met me at the door and spent the next hour and a half with me not only trying on shoes but educating me on proper foot health and exercise habits. Their foot scanners are quick, painless, and easy. Everyone should have a scan before purchasing next pair of shoes! I also had shoe inserts customized to allow me to keep wearing my fav Brooks. I actually left with a new pair of Hoka as well and love them (no pressure sale). Ultimate Fit is the place to purchase any type of exercise or foot support shoe. And, Kylie is your fitting specialist!

This was my first time at Ultimate Fit, and it was a great experience. Tucker was super nice and knowledgeable, and did a great job helping me pick out shoes that will be comfortable for me as a casual runner. I highly recommend this place, especially if, like me, you’re not sure what kind of running shoes will work best for your feet.

Took my son in to be fitted for shoes for cross country. Finding the right fit for your feet is so important. Ultimate Fit has super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Even my 13 year old son said “well that was a good experience.” Thank you Jesse for all of your help. We will definitely be back!

I wanted comfortable shoes for my arthritic feet. It can be debilitating. Ryan met me at the door and worked his magic. He had me stand on a type of scale and it created a map of my feet including arch height, length, etc. He disappeared to find my solution shoes. When he returned he had very comfy shoes and inserts formed especially for my feet. The shoes were (in my opinion) ugly. I knew no matter the comfort, I would not wear. Before I knew it he had a different pair in hand. Brooks. They were perfect especially with my very own inserts. I walked out of the store in my new , comfy, good looking Brooks! Went in with my wife for her to be fitted for a pair of shoes on recommendation of her orthopedist and physical therapist. We were greeted by "Ryan" as soon as we entered the store, who determined what my wife was looking for. He measured her feet on their in-house machine, she needed a size 10 wide and had a slight pronation to her right foot which would require a shoe for stabilization. He then measured her foot with a regular shoe measure to double check the size and width the machine suggested. He then brought out the selection of shoes in her size available to her, fitted each shoe to her foot, gave her time to walk around and get a feel for each shoe. She made her selection, and he checked us out at the register. It was personal service at its best, something I thought was long gone. I was amazed when he told my wife he had only been working there a short time. I have decided to be fitted for a good pair of shoes myself and will ask for Ryan.

In recently to get new shoes for Christmas for myself and my wife. Sharon met us as we walked through the door and spent the next half hour or so with us patiently getting the perfect fit. Selection of shoes was excellent; my wife expected to find only one or two pairs in her narrow size but instead was presented with a pile of shoes to choose from. Sharon explained everything clearly and was up front with the costs of each selection. Great job, we'll be back!
