40 dollars for 2 day dry cleaning. You took off the liner of my jacket and never put it back on. Never coming back. I know about the 15% up charge. But I was more angry that you didn’t. Put the liner back in. For someone with premium prices. I expect premium service. Which I didn’t get.

I sent a 8x10 rug in to be dry cleaned and am so so happy with the results. We were thinking do we pay 100 to go out esper rug cleaned or spend a 1,000 on a new one. Any mor endorsements needed I will be happy to do

I started using the home pickup and delivery service during covid, and I couldn't be happier!! My pickup day is Tuesday, dry cleaning is returned on Friday, no hassle. If I have an item for the seamstress, I bag it separately and enclose a note. Always perfect.

Absolutely thrilled that they were able to clean my mother of the bride dress after my daughters wedding. I had multiple stains on the dress and though they were very cautious and let me know that possibly the beading and the decorations on the dress might be damaged I did feel a certain level of confidence on their part that they could do the job without harming the dress. All that in for a reasonable price as well. I would recommend this dry cleaner very highly.

Great service, poor communication. I dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning, and was told I'd receive a call from a specialist in 1-2 business days with an estimate. I still hadn't heard back after over a week, so I called back myself. The specialist wasn't available but did call me back within a few hours with a quote and a time estimate on completion. Over a week after the estimated completion time, I still hadn't heard back about my dress, so I called and the line was busy. I called again the next day and was told that my dress had been ready for some time. Not sure why I wasn't notified. I picked up my dress and it looked great!

I took them a coat that had garlic butter stains on the arm and bottom. Not only did they get the stains out they had it done in 1 day!

Had ink spots on the lining and hood of my winter coat from another dry cleaning service. Balfurd was able to get almost all of the spots out. Only slightly faded color remained. Happy customer.
