Bill, our Park Security Partner Rep, was very helpful in various ways. He helped us think where to install the alarms, and more importantly, how to and where to position our video cameras for our next step in our comprehensive security system. We have used ADT in our previous homes so it was familiar; however, it was important for us to go with a company who knows and understands Centre County. Plus, it has all the high-end features you find with ADT. Finally, and probably most importantly, living in rural Pennsylvania finding companies who can come to your home and support you is especially critical. We have been very satisfied with our decision.

Your installers arrived when we were told they would and the job completed as scheduled. The installation team was very professional and went to work on their individual tasks immediately upon arrival and they cleaned up after themselves when finished. When completed, Mark was patient with us while we learned the system from him and he unhurriedly addressed all of our questions and did some fine tuning of our doors..
