😠 Absolutely terrible. The staff is so rude and slow, I am not sure why anyone would come here. I am going back to Biomat in Austintown because they pay more too.     Absolutely terrible. The staff is so rude and slow, I am not sure why anyone would come here. I am going back to Biomat in Austintown because they pay more too. They also didn't get my money to me right away, got to the store and no money. Couldn't reach anyone to tell them right away, no one answered phone.

    DO NOT GO! One starting Monday they lowered the amount you make by 50$ for your first few visits even if you started the day before thay change was decided. Then they are unprofessional and make you wait over 4 hours to not check your account then tell you they can't find you in the system when you donated before. To makeup for there unprofessional manor they give you a card to come back and waist more of your time. The staff is also disrespectful and untrained. Do not go there you are waisting your time and gass. They also turn people away for low blood pressure when you can do jumping Jack's for a minute and be okay.

    Today was my first and last time I would ever walk in them doors. I clearly told them that I have to be poked by someone that's good at running veins. Nope I got poked not once not twice but 9 times from four different people in my right arm then they decided to try on the other arm again not listening to anything I am saying 3 more people back to back untill my arm started swelling and big knots starting forming under my skin just to be asked do I want poked again. He'll no . I was supposed to get a 100.00 just to drive back to farrell pa and see they gave me only $10. Never ever again! Worse place ever.

    The technicians are decent people, it's the clients who are the real problem. They are the real a-holes. Always coming in, thinking this will be in-and-out easy money, completely disrespectful to everyone around them, and complaining about "time wasted" and negating the fact that 1) this is a medical facility 2) as a medical facility procedure must be followed to the T for the safety of EVERYONE and 3) the world don't revolve around these selfish people. My heart goes out to the staff because I also have to deal with people like this at my retail job. So my advice, if you come to this donation center, remember your manners, be respectful to the staff, and don't complain about how long it takes. The more people means longer wait time, and if you can't afford to wait patiently, come back when you can. I have watched at least 6 unpleasant people get told to leave because of their nonsense.

    I love it! Staff is friendly and nice! They are very professional and clean. I love how they didn’t make me feel to bad about my first experience! Thanks for the awesome staff here! Especially the red haired Girl! Idk her name but she’s very kind and treats everyone Great weather their new or not! Very satisfied with this place!

    Worst place ever . My husband was a new donor and he spent five hours there and they had trouble with his vein in the one hour so they poked around the other arm. They probably got at least half a bottle of plasma and then they were putting platelets back in him, and in the process they poked him five times i in one vein and caused an air bubble. And for all that after saying first donations are 100 they paid him $25 and that's after they hurt him and they could've caused a bigger problem with an air bubble in his arm . My suggestion Don't go !!!!!

    Mario who was a phlebotomist got promoted and became a mean person who abused his authority by being controlling and extremely disrespectful. He violated my rights as an older woman with only one good vein. He showed off in front of everyone in the place by flaunting his authority and allowing a trainee to stick me and infiltrate my vein. He is not a good person and should not be permitted to continue working there.

    Kedplasma is Rude, Unprofessional and slow. The Management is Racist and rude. Bre will defer you even if you didn’t do anything wrong.

    Staff is great, they take care of me everytime I'm there. And if you want to get in and get out. Wake your butt up early then. Don't take it out on them.

    Worst experience ever. I came an hour and 15 minutes before they closed to donate my plasma. Every worker was in a rush to get out, the heat was cranked up all the way and every worker was having a bad time. There was more concern for the workers leaving than for the needle they were putting in my arm. They messed up the puncture in both of my arms and in fear of them messing up for a third time I left without getting the rest of my blood put back in me and will be recovering 25% of my pay because the blood wouldn’t go into the needle. I would recommend going to any other plasma donation center.

    Drove half hour to go donait. Waited a hour and a half only took my height then proceeded to tell me that they could not take a new person.watched multiple people in and out. So I waisted 3 hours of me day and did not even get to help with my donation. I will not be going back and recomend it you are looking fo a place to donate DO NOT GO HERE.

    The employees r very rude to each other they have inappropriate conversations and they be getting rude with people trying to donate they r very unprofessional they hurt my arm when they stuck my arm with the needle blood squirted out my arm still hurts they r just terrible

    Poor management employees do not communicate correctly to know what steps each donor is in for a smooth operating business. Horrible advise not to use as a plasma donation center

    There are several plasma centers to choose from, but everybody returns to this location and I can understand why. The staff is well trained and they treat all with the same respect given!

    Went to go try and donor and they turn me down without even checking my veins staff is very rude and unprofessional will never be going back there again definitely need to change their staff smh

    I love the people who work there! They always seem nice. But I lost my donation card called they said I had to wait 10 days blah blah blah. I called last Friday. My boyfriend went into Ked Wednesday told them he lost his card they gave him a new one right away. I go in the same day try to ask some one new if I could get a new card I got told no. Moral of the story I asked 4 different people and got told the same answer which was no. I’m starting to think it has something to do with the fact that I’m white and he’s black. They helped him no questions asked but told me no every time. SMH policy should go for everyone not just race.

    Really sweet and kind staffs never had problem or anything they always made me feel comfortable and been with them for year and love and will continue going there no matter what the prize is isn't not all about the money in my eyes is about how many people I'm saving that day I'm really glad I'm with them and thanks to all the amazing staffs keep up the awesome work.
