I've been going to Lake Missoula Tea Company for years, and recently have had the privilege of putting some of their tea in my store. The quality of the tea is fantastic, and the blends are delightful. I have also attended one of their tasting / learning events and it was great. I highly recommend their downtown store for meeting with friends, family or even just for a nice place to go and have a cup of perfectly brewed tea.

Best store in Montana possibly in all of the United States. I don't know. This is the first Gong Fu tea shop I've ever been to. I came in for a matcha whisk because I donated mine to a museum. Before I left a random customer who was introduced to me as a regular bought me tea. I hugged him which isn't something I normally do. But I was incredibly thankful. Then the man behind the counter gave me a free sample. I went in looking for a simple tool and left with tea and a happy spirit. I am looking forward to making it back as soon as possible! I loved it. I think it will always hold a special place in my blood pumping organ.

Amazing variety great prices and they'll brew top shelf teas you may be reluctant to buy before trying for a dollar more. Great selection for Missoula. Friendly knowledgeable staff and beautiful tea sets and accessories

Lake Missoula Tea Company is a great tea shop. It has a wide selection of high quality teas to take out or drink in the store along with tea utensils. I love their black truffle walnut tea and their jasmine pearl tea.

This place is amazing!! We were on a trip to Montana and after having some tea from a ramen place we wanted to go see the place that is came from and it was a great idea. The service was amazing, the tea on tap is super cool. We all bought different types and everything we bought we love. I highly recommend this place to everyone that is around the Missoula area.

What a wonderful shop! I've been in with my whole family a few times and it's just such a treat smelling teas, and learning new things. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful for us newbies and she is so knowledgeable. During our last visit we tried the tea service and spent some time just enjoying cups of tea. The whole experience was a pleasure. 100% this is the best place to get tea in Missoula, and if you don't know anything about tea it's even better!

The atmosphere was so relaxing and pleasant I could stay there all day! The staff are super helpful and polite and helped me with all my questions (not to mention some helpful tips from patrons as well). The tea they have is top notch and all the selection you could ask for

We have a voucher that the manager refused to honor. They have a new computer system and supposedly can't check the balance on older ones. Doesn't matter that this is illegal in Montana. MCA 30-14-102 (5) They are extremely unhygienic! I was refilling an older bag, and when they wouldn't honor my gift certificate, the manager just dumped the tea back into inventory. I know my bag is reasonably clean, but it kinda freaks me out. The manager doesn't know what's been in that bag. Is this standard practice? We have been customers for a long time, when they were on the 2nd floor. Now I don't recommend them. Way to chase me off!

This atmosphere of this shop is so wonderfully cozy and pleasant. The menu has such a nice selection of to-go options and the loose teas to purchase for home brewing are phenomenal and in vast selection. The service was quick and friendly. I came here with my family and we bought many of the different teas to try, as well as some to-go teas. My sister and I really enjoyed their house Chai. It was the perfect amount of spice and tea, like a spicy hug for your soul. I will be recommending this shop to others in the future.

Best tea I've ever had in my life! I love tea, and there's an endless selection of amazing and unique flavors. There's something here for everyone to enjoy, if you come through Missoula you need to stop here and try some tea.

My hubby and I come in often to decompress after a long work week. We are English tea drinkers, and they always serve us tea with two spoons, cream, and sugar. At this point when I walk in I can feel myself start to relax. Lovely servers in a peaceful atmosphere. We love their Lake Missoula Breakfast tea and have gone through many bags of it. Never lasts long in our house!

I absolutely love this place. Friendly staff and calming atmosphere. I’m a huge fan of the High Country Huckleberry. But honestly love the variety they have and the little sample they give out. I also love that they will ship to you so if you move you can still enjoy.

We Love Lake Missoula Teas. I livin Helena and order online or in person when we are in town. Their selection is amazing and their sources are great. The taste of “Sunrise in Kenya” takes me back to several trips there. The samples help expand my palette! Keep up the great service!

We are major tea snobs and I was absolutely delighted by this store. There are the usual suspects as well as shelves of unique, hand-picked teas. Highly recommend the Golden Snail :) It was really special being able to try whatever tea I wanted before buying. I'm looking forward to subscribing to their tea club. I would love to come back: everything was delicious.

Whenever we go to a new town I always check out the local tea scene. The Lake Missoula Tea Company is one of my top five favorite tea places ever visited (and it’s been many and for years). It’s adorable, good background music, friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of loose leaf teas to choose from. They have both a loose leaf and drink service and the Matcha Palmer on a hot day was just the thing. Highly recommend this place!

Great customer service! Love how they make the tea for you and you pour it yourself. Never had tea with sugar cubes till today! And I'll say was the best decision I did today 100% worth it, absolutely love early grey blue and the early grey classic
