Best badminton training center in the area, kids won state championship all the time and also in US national team. Great people to play with

Very poor customer service, no professionalism. She was very rude, your hard earned money can earn more respect elsewhere. - (The response below is non sense, addressing it to someone else and about something completely different.)

Really good badminton gym, the new courts are really nice to play on and not slippery. The coaches are all wonderful and very, very good at badminton. They also really care about each student and super nice to talk with. The new renovation in the kitchen is also really cool and allows a space for guests to refill water, wash hands, or microwave food during long days at the gym. The front desk staff is also very understanding and work hard to ensure a quality experience at Egret (special thanks to Eva for scheduling my privates!) Overall, my favorite place on Earth!

haha this was the only picture i caught. i enjoyed the experience, it was only $6 for the open gym and we could stay as long as wanted. i’ll definitely come back here again. it’s an amazing place to make friends and to play with other people. the lady upfront was extremely nice and explained the rules to us. another woman was also nice and put a new grip on our racket.(not for free, but it was cheap)

Best badminton gym in Chicago area - highest dark ceiling, professional lighting, high-quality new mat; staff are friendly and helpful; the coaches themselves are top professional players.

The lady on the front desk is really rude and not welcoming at all. She could use some classes on how to talk politely to customers. Besides that the courts are pretty good but pretty crowded at any point of day

Nice, friendly environment with excellent staff. The tournaments also have a great competitive feel, yet still remain fun and enjoyable. Definitely recommend going if you are passing by or go to Chicago!

On training, I would avoid the regular classes further, its 15,16 students per coach….its not worth at all…they say abt 10-12, but it changes….and they dont give any options to change to different groups once you buy it. Its like once you bought, thats it….forget about the money and the value…treat like coin in the ocean 🙂. suggest, buy 1 or 2 classes first and then go for the appropriate programs. I like the flooring though, its always crowded, hope it reduces after winter days….

We booked 2 hrs for Sunday. The room was for 12 players. When we arrived at the location I saw more than 20 people. There was no air in the location at all. It smelled really bad because of sweat. We were asked to wait for our turn to play. We had to put our rackets on the wall, why make it so complex. People who's turn is over don't end their game of time. When we complained at front, the lady said I just work here and can't do much. In this COVID times, if the court is for 12 people than only 12 should be playing. Keep the air on so it does not smell. We are not going back. They are running this place very cheap.

This is our 3rd and last visit to play, unprofessional staff and some players are unfriendly and going to keep bothering you, since your new. They going to rush you to finish you’re play. While us patiently waiting for our turn. If you’re trying to visit here and you’re new don’t even bother. Its unfriendly environment.

The place is clean and well maintained and the staff was nice and helpful about answering my question regarding their shoe policy. The people that play there were also super nice, and me and my friend were able to play pick up games with them. The walk in price of $12 isnt bad as well and their is no time limit if im not mistaken.

Our daughter had been coming to train to Egret in Schaumburg for 3 months now and we're very impressed with coaches, group and private class program, and front dest flexibility to accommodate our schedule. We grew to really like this place. Thank you guys for all your work!

realistically, place smells like years of sweat and its decent, it's the closest badminton place we got in this area, next would be Midwest (45mins)

Good place to take a badminton lesson and play. The system of payment and changing schedule is quite complicated. They don't take credit card payment. Also, their web system to chang the schedule is rather confusing to understand.

Egret is one of the best place for badminton in mid-west region. I am glad that my daughter is learning the sport here :-)

Love the coaches and the new courts are awesome. Front desk (especially Eva) is very helpful. My kids are loving this gym and their interest in badminton has gone up.

Best place to make friends and obviously play badminton . Could be crowded during certain hours but that is what u need if u wanna make friends 😬. Then u can schedule up a good time cause there are times when the courts are free and you can get decent amount of game time. 👍🏻

Really bad customer service. Even on urgency / emergency, they don’t change the 24 hour cancellation policy which costs us $35-$40 a class to miss and there is no makeup! The customer service at Schaumburg specially Eva is very hard to deal with and annoying. We had to travel for my father in law’s treatment and as a proof she asked the ticket copy( not even the school does that) and then when we were in between hospitals and home out of US, she sent us an email to send the return ticket copy as well. There cannot be a worst example of bad customer service with no heart. And when you post bad reviews, they keep on calling to give good ratings. But the coaches are amazing and they do a wonderful job! So basically the problem is the attitude…. The horrible customer service

My experience with the club has been good. Eva on the front desk always handles are reservations with great care. Courts got recently updated with new floor. I am not a great badminton player but I do find people playing with me even if they see me first time.

Awesome place! First time going and you just need $10 to get in and an extra $5 to rent a raquette. No better deal.

I keep getting notifications from google to rate this place so I should probably do that. This place has amazing courts and for only $6 (under 18) I would say it is worth it. $10 (over 18) as of 2022
