Called Affordable several days ago about taste and odor problems with our well water system. Shortly after calling, Warren stops by our home and assesses our water, and points out various options to remedy our issues. We choose their carbon filter system and schedule installation a couple days later, which was today. Warren did a great job on installation, with a thorough explanation of system, and we could not be any happier at how clean and odorless our tap water now is. I am a new customer with Affordable Water and I am incredibly impressed with this company. The customer service is outstanding, the delivery is reliable and the water is FANTASTIC. I have tried many different companies who offer water in 3 and/or 5 gallon bottles and none compare to the quality of this water. Give it a try, you will not regret it.

The company installed our water softening system about 2 years ago, and provide our monthly maintenance and deliver the salt. The system works well, questions are answered promptly, the automatic billing and notification also works well. Last month the system stopped working because one of the parts needed replacing, but they sent someone out to repair it in just a few hours. The staff is friendly and efficient, overall very pleased.

Usually have delivery but I missed the last one. So I went there to exchange. Met the lovely gal, Hanna, at the desk and she was perfectly polite and respectful. The exchange was quick and easy.

We bought a new house with an old water system and was referred to Shawn. We hired him and it was the best decision we made! He has personally gone above and beyond even after we realized we needed a new well. Highly recommend Shawn and his entire team!! Professional, knowledgeable, personable, and stands behind the work and equipment.

Amazing customer service. We have been a customer since 2004 and wouldn't think about ever changing companies. They have always been excellent from the hurricanes in 2004 when our water pump was tossed to our recent escapade with our well failing. Warren and team were amazing. Affordable water will skip your water bottlel exchanges and then insult you by blaming you that your empty water water bottles were not left outside. Jeff the manager is totally unapologetic and could care less anytime this happens and will flat out tell you that you'll have to wait until the next time around for the exchange. I would rather drink tap water than use affordable water again.

Just moved up here from the lox, so happy I found these guys. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And really nice, come check them out.
