I have gone to Allied for various reasons, the first time being for a dislocated rib where I not only received chiropractic care, but medical care from the M.D. on staff as well. It's great that I was able to have everything taken care of in 1 office. No more referrals and running around to other Dr's. Most recently I have visited for pain due to pregnancy. Dr. Nelson has not only taken care of the problem (my back no longer hurts! And while still pregnant with twins!) but also took the time to talk everything through with me and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. He is very knowledgeable, especially on chiropractic care of pregnant women. I would never go anywhere else!

I have been coming to allied healthcare for the last 10 years! Aaron and his team are the best ever! Not only do they get me in last second all the tine, but Aaron, who is also a very good friend, has made several house calls when I’ve been sick or thrown out my neck or back. He puts everything on hold for his patients and makes sure they feel 100% comfortable. I have never felt uncomfortable in his office and will always recommend him and dr Haskell.

I love these guys! Nothing but wonderful service, effective treatment and friendly person first service. The shot recommended for my knee was painless and amazingly effective and affordable. The chiropractic is cheerfully and efficiently done. This is an amazing one stop shop for all my needs. My pain and injuries are better and they did it faster and better than anyone has. Everyone here is amazing. Try them out!

The staff is so friendly at this office and Dr. Nelson is seriously one of the best. My kids have had ear infection after ear infection and we have treated them by adjustments each time without antibiotics. Its so nice to be able to do it natural. And if ever necessary there is a medical doctor here as well. Dr. Haskell and Dr. Curtis are really great with my kids!

After one visit I had a different infant. He stopped screaming during diaper changes and started nursing both sides better. Overall he seemed like a more comfortable and happy baby. I'm a firm believer in having infants visit the chiropractor and Dr. Nelson is so great with them that I recommend him to everyone.

I had a good experience at AH urgent care that I thought this office would be just as good, but sadly that was not the case. I came in because I just wanted an annual physical done. Dr Haskell saw me for no more than 2 minutes, did a few things and said I was good. I felt like it wasn’t a very thorough exam. Also, they ordered me to get blood work done. A week passes by and I still don’t hear from them about my blood test results that I have to call them. I found out they got the results back the same day I went in to get blood drawn at Express Labs and sat on it. After speaking to them that I haven’t heard back about my results, they said Dr Haskell would call me back the next day or beginning of the next week to go over the results. Both deadlines have lapsed and I’m still waiting to get call about my results. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

I recently hurt my back clearing out my storage space, and after going to Dr. Nelson for adjustments a couple of times a week I feel as good as new. The staff there are always super nice and they really care about making other people feel better and more comfortable going forward in their daily life. Dr. Nelson is always really relaxed and nice which spreads to those around him. He always listens to your problems and does his best to find a solution to a pain-free future. Thanks for the great recovery! You guys are the best!!

My first experience here was great. Due to the professional network within this practice, I was able to see Dr. Treat and Dr. Nelson to assess several injuries. They are logical and realistic when diagnosing injuries and developing a treatment plan. The support staff is great and easy to work with. I will continue to recommend my clients here.

I have been going to Allied for about two years now and Dr. Nelson and his staff do an excellent job! I’ve struggled with various ailments from sitting all day at a desk job and also overexerting myself in workouts...in all cases they have taken GREAT care of me. They are thorough and truly work to correct the root cause of any issue you have, it’s WAYY more than a 1 minute chiropractor adjustment! Highly recommend!!!
