🫤 Horrible service. I have been trying to get a medication pre authorized for weeks now and nothing has happened. I try to call the office and I am on hold for 15 min and I finally get through to get transferred right to an answering machine. If you are trying to get answers on something good luck! People often mention staff, helpful, office, time, friendly,

Billing is a joke. In my opinion billing is heartless. She (Janet) refuses to hear what you have to say. I got monthly withdrawal out of my checking account for past bills before I had health insurance, and found a new doctor. My bill was pretty high from past visits. Not much someone can do if you don't have health insurance. So my bank two months ago switched my debit card number. I completely forgot with working, school, and kids to call RMD to switch that I'm busy, and getting older. I will put the blame on myself with that. I get a letter in the mail that is very rude. Then when I call I explain my issue. She said we have called. I have never had a missed call from them. Not sure why I would lie about that? Then they expect 100 a month. Which is understandable but with everything going up such as gas, food ect it's not something I can financially do. I said I can do 25 a month. She said no, and said because of the 25 a month she was going to send it to collections where I can make a small payment with them Instead, and that it's unfair to the people who actually make payments. So basically she refused payment from me, and cut me down....I have statements of all my payments of 25 a month for the past few years. I missed two months because of a debt card change, and I get treated like less of a human, and my money is refused by this business.

Very disappointed with my experience. Dr. Lilliquist did not spend any FaceTime with me at my appointment, he spent his whole time dictating into his recorder. I’m not even sure if he knew which patient he was talking too! I had an appointment back in March 2023 with one of the PAs for my annual, just today got a callback for the results! I have left numerous messages, sent messages on the patient portal, I have went in for another appointment and asked about it then at check-in, ask the nurse, and when I left. I was assured, I would get a phone call with the results. That was three months ago. They are very quick and efficient with their billing, of course. I will not be returning. I will find another primary care. Asking for test results, and for the physician to look at you in the face during your appointment shouldn’t be too much to ask for. Shame on you Rocky Mountain diabetes center. What a disappointment.

I have been a patient here for years (finally left) and I have been continually disappointed and frustrated with the (lack of) quality of care and treatment from staff. They are rude, short and unhelpful. They even put in a stranger's contact information in for mine so I could not access my own medical information. Additionally, it's a rare occurrence when they pick up their phone. Save yourself and go literally anywhere else. Could not stress that enough.

I recently seen Dr. David Liljenquist and let me tell you, I was impressed by his bedside manner. He treated me with dignity and respect. He actually took the time to explain the root of my health issues and recommended different treatments. The office staff and nurse were very friendly, they called me back promptly for my appt as well. I am glad I found this place.

I travel about 90 miles to come see Dr. Carl Vance and it is so worth the trip. He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and explains what’s needing to be done to get feeling better. They can take your lab work there at the office. I got result’s within a day. Thanks for everything!!!

I never love going to a doctor's office, especially if there is a long waiting time. But no waiting time here! I just barely got seated when they called me in. And there wasn't any wait time for the doctor either. It was great!

Dr Vance was great. Gave me real hope for managing my condition and for losing weight to help me get better. *They push Ozempic and Mounjaro without really finding out if insurance will cover it and then when the "coupon" expires basically say "well what can you do?" Very frustrating and the people on the phones are not helpful in the slightest.

I had a very good appt. Everyone that helped me was friendly. Dr. Prier was very professional and helpful with the difficulties I was having, regarding my medication. He was empathetic to my personal feelings I was having. I feel like I am in good hands with the care he is giving me.

I was very impressed with the research department. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable about the study I participated and helped me to have a wonderful experience. I particularly enjoyed working with Kelsie she was always very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend anybody interested in participating in research studies to look into it! I will for sure participate in another study should I be invited to do so!

Was just told by Jonathan (FNP) I can't use Gabapantine and Lyrica together. Not true. In fact studies are on going to see its synergy effect. Drove 2 hours just to go over insulin sliding scale. Another $250 down the drain. Why did I even bother.

Be prepared to feel like a number and not person nor a patient. Most of my issues were completely brushed off. I have cancer, I left my appointment today and cried in my car.

I was put on a study medicine which increased blood circulation, lowered my cholesterol by 80+ points and helped me lose 52#. I was monitored by Kelsie who was my contact at the clinic. She was easily available by phone. Kelsie was very encouraging and accommodating. I enjoyed this opportunity.

Kelsie and Joann were amazing to work with! They were kind, considerate, and professional. I highly recommend this team, and would gladly participate in research with them in the future. Empathy, humor, and clinical efficiency - a rare and appreciated combination!

I was part of a clinical research study. All of the staff that I associated with were pleasant and helpful. Kelcie was the individual I most worked with and she was fantastic to deal with. She was very considerate of my time and needs and very accommodating.
