I have shopped with them for years and have spent thousands of dollars with them before on firearms and jewelry. They have always been nice and courteous until today! I have always done my business with Tammy when they where in the food lion parking lot and a few times in the location close to Massapax. She has always been nice and helpful but today the eldest gentleman who works there was very rude and condescending and even went as far as saying he believes we where up to something illegal and he won't be a part of it. Now the reason we are there is because my fiance is now armed security and has been gun shopping and me being more knowledgeable I go and ask questions. This gentleman starts by ignoring us for a good 3 minutes and acted like he could not hear us 2 feet away from us with his back turned (Tammy you can check the footage) He then tells me since I'm not the one buying he is not going to answer any of my questions. Even after I told him we don't even want to make the purchase anymore I just have a few questions he said I'm not answering any of your questions. Not once was I disrespectful loud or rude. We walked out with me asking 1 more question on the way out. Are you the new owner? I can only guess we where treated this way because of our skin color. Again I have never been treated this way in there establishment by any other of there employees especially Tammy. So this review is based on this 1 gentleman. 1 star

I have bought, sold and traded many items with these fine folks over the years and never once did I ever feel like I was cheated or lied to about anything. The staff is knowledgeable about all aspects of the business and products they deal with. Casey has always been upfront and honest in all of our dealings. I pass other stores just to come there. Horrible experience. Deleted all my data and put my stuff for sale after I was told I had more time to pay on my loan... but it wasn't true. They seem to lie a lot I recommend pawn king..

Great People! Joshua, went above and beyond for my needs! I went in hoping to find a replacement charger for my laptop. I always have an awesome experience when I come to Liberty Pawn. The staff is super friendly surprisingly knowledgeable about every item they have out on the floor. That's saying something because they have so many different types of things. Everything always looks super organized and clean. Christopher helps me each time. He is knowledgeable and kind. I know I won't be judged for asking too many questions or asking to see something more closely. Chris is really nice and always seems eager to interact with his customers. The uniforms they wear are really cool too, very professional. Not like any of the other Pawn shops I had ever been do before.

First time going to this pawn store. Sandi greeted me right away. She explained the process, she answered all my questions, gave me fair prices for my items. This may have been my first time inside Liberty Pawn, but it most certainly will not be the last. Clean, bright, well decorated, with tons of valuable merchandise.

I went into Liberty Pawn & Gold in Fredericksburg to browse. It was my first experience in a pawn store and I really wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Dawn who immediately put me at ease and answered all of my questions. She was so nice and enthusiastic and it was obvious that she really enjoys her job. This transfers into great customer service which has become so lacking in the last few years. It is so nice to feel valued as a customer. I will definitely return to this store.

Purchased 14k gold ring with <$50 discount at price that of <1/2 of $1k. Re appraised at $100.00. 1-2yrs stint hold is a +$400 drop, in the "current" market. 5 stars because they were open for business, despite market news and I like the ring.

Very nice greeting from Will at the Rte 3 store. Their selection of weapons was surprisingly wide considering current events. Will was extremely knowledgeable about the process for firearms purchase, safety, forms, etc. His familiarity of the long gun I selected was admirable. He contacted me via my cell phone as soon as my background check cleared. I’m a VERY HAPPY RETURN CUSTOMER! Five Star customer service is my experience with Liberty Pawn for 10 years now! was originally looking around other shops in the Fredericksburg/ stafford area and they didn’t provide me with the best experience at all. So I decided to check out this pawn shop, I knew from the start I didn’t make no mistake. I was looking around and Bob was very helpful with helping me find a weapon that was fitting of my budget. Other shops will always try to make an extra buck off of you but at this store they want you to get the best deal possible. Bob gave me a mini history lesson of all the weapons and I truly did enjoy it, his immense knowledge of the weapons were of extreme value and really was interesting to learn from someone like him. Cassey, the other employee was beyond helpful as well as a duo. I got a great deal and left extremely happy. I will always tell my friends to shop here for their weapon needs. Casey and Bob made my experience great!! Thank you!! You will have my business for now on!
