This was my first time renting a water slide from Just Bounce Miami and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Our party was scheduled for June 4th, which was affected by a tropical storm, but they were easily able to move my event to a different date that worked for us. I appreciate their flexibility, punctuality and level of professionalism and would confidently recommend them. My son and his friends had the time of their lives on the water slide and we will definitely be booking one with them in the future.

They arrive punctual to the setup appointment and the team is very professional to instal the Bouncy Toy. The Bouncy Toy is of high quality and always looks fantastic. We used Just Bounce for my daughter birthday and they were amazing. We had to cancel last year due to weather and they were totally understanding. Chris and his staff were on time, professional, and friendly. I could not have imagined a better party. The concessions were awesome and the kids (and parents) couldn’t get enough of the popcorn and cotton candy.

The best service and experience we have had when planning our sons birthday party. I reached out to just bounce Miami a month out when I was searching online for a place and found they had the fire station bounce house, which is insane! It was such a huge hit at the party, our guest have never seen one like this. We also rented the snow cone machine which was so fun and easy to use the kids went crazy for it. Service was very professional and punctual. Stop looking around Just Bounce is the best!

I needed a large bounce house for my twins' 6th birthday. I had not used Just Bounce Miami before but took the chance given other reviews. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this company. The reservation process was done over email - no phone calls - which was great for me. They showed up early (before I did!) and everything set up without any issue at all. The bounce house was clean and perfect. They came right when the party ended. It was seamless and hassle free. Thank you!

Even though I have not done business with JustBounce I feel giving them 5 stars based on my interaction with them. They replied to my inquiry immediately on a Saturday night and recommended another business as they could not fulfill my request. This type of courtesy is very rare in this city

Very efficient service, fast booking and seamless delivery/pick-up!

Good communication. Easy delivery and pick up. Only thing - they clean the bounce house which I respect but the liquid accumulated along the corners. Nothing too crazy just had to clean it myself.

The bouncy castle was delivered on time and it was cleaned on site just as their website says. They were very professional and helpful. I've used Just Bounce twice now. The first time was for my 35th Birthday Party which I decided to theme as a kids party. Chris was great at accommodating my big idea. I had the giant obstacle course, wrecking ball, space invaders, shoot out connect 4, table games, cotton candy & snow cones. So much fun! This past weekend we had a pool party and we had the giant slip in slide which was a hit! Highly recommend. Chris is a great guy and he delivers.

The cost was reasonable and the whole delivery/set up/pick up was right on time.
