We were traveling through Grand Junction and noticed a noise and assumed it was a wheel bearing issue. Initially Robby confirmed and did research to get part. Excellent service trying to get us safely on our way. Then after actually diagnosing, wasn't a wheel bearing and just a minor tire issue. Didn't charge us anything. Shuttle driver checked on us for lunch, etc. Cannot say enough positives about our experience. Even our dog liked it there. Thank you Robby and Western Slope Auto personnel!

Followed up with me on a few occasions letting me know he cared but not too much to come across as salesy. Got there and he had most everything ready to go. Got my paperwork over to Brian the finance manager who got everything done in a jiffy and was very detailed. Aprils desire to make sure you leave with the best vehicle you are looking for makes the process of buying a vehicle fun and simple. It was the best car buying experience we can ever recall. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Nate, our salesperson was the best - he was very knowledgeable about the car, friendly and professional. There was no pressure throughout the process to purchase the usual “extras” (paint & fabric protection, etc). The price of the car was exactly as quoted. Honestly everyone one here was really helpful. They helped me pick out a great car, and were extremely patient with me when I had no credit, so we had to figure that out. They ended up staying an hour past closing helping to make sure everything went through and when I didn’t have full coverage with my insurance they contacted and agent they know who could cover me over the weekend until I could get proper coverage on Monday. If they hadn’t done this I couldn’t have left the lot with my new car. They made the first time I got a loan on a car and the first time buying a brand new car a pleasant experience.

No games here. Buy with confidence. I had a great experience with Jose in Toyota Sales and also worked with Brian on the Ford finance side. Both were professional, detailed oriented, meticulous, and answered all my questions to full clarity. Being a Program Manager by trade, I appreciated their exactness to detail; leaving me to feel there were NO surprises or “catch-22s” in the buying process, vehicle price, or warranty options. I knew exactly what I was buying and wasn’t pushed into products or services that I wasn’t comfortable buying. I’d recommend Western Slope Toyota and Ford to anyone considered making a new car purchase this side or the Rockies. The only thing I’d improve is the speed of purchasing a vehicle. You’ll need a good half day if you’re buying whilst others are purchasing their vehicles off the delivery truck on a Saturday. This part is a bit of a log-jam. However, I’m genuinely happy with my purchase and the service provided.

Had my car towed to Western Slope after running over a piece of steel on the highway while traveling. The incident blew out the front driver side tire and bent the rim. Since we were having to stay in Grand Junction delaying our trip - Justin the Service Manager took it upon himself to undertake the process of ordering parts and having the car fixed and back on the road in amazing speed. Justin actually delivered the repaired vehicle to our hotel himself! Would recommend this dealer and Justin to anyone wanting excellent service, speedy repairs, and wonderful customer interaction.

The staff at Western Slope Toyota are amazing! We (2 humans/1 dog) experienced an engine threating oil hemorrhage while passing through Grand Junction last week. We were 200 miles from home and 50 miles from our destination and it was 102 degrees outside. Oh, it was also approximately 2 hours before the shop closed that we hobbled our car into their inspection area. Western Slope Toyota went over and above all normal levels of customer service by 1. Getting our car on a rack and fixed by the end of the same day (another shop told us they could get us in 2 weeks later!) 2. Graciously allowing us and our dog access to their waiting area and offering us water and any thing else that we needed and 3. A willingness to help us find and transport us to overnight accommodations in case they needed extra time to finish our repair…which was not needed because they are amazing! We live in Denver and will probably go to Grand Junction next time we are looking to buy a vehicle because they were that amazing. Thanks to Lindsey and the shop crew for all of your hard work to get us back on the road and to everyone else for just being so nice and accommodating!

Originally we were thinking of buying a used car and had gone to a dealership where they tried to use high pressure tactics, which did nothing but scare us away. We decided to go with new instead and went to Western Slope Toyota where there was *no* pressure and we got our ideal 4Runner within a week (we were a little picky about color, otherwise we likely could have left with one on our original visit)! Nate was really personable and a pleasure to work with, and Bryan (apologies if I'm getting the name wrong) with finance was honest in letting us know that the rate he could offer us was only minimally better than the rate we had gotten with an outside bank (had we not had a great relationship with our bank we may have gone with what he was offering). Basically this was the best experience we could have asked for and we are very grateful.
