    Feels like a scam. Tested positive for Covid on Thursday, heard this was a pharmacy that still had and issued Ivermectin. The testimonials seemed good on their site (but of course they would be). Placed an order for their early treatment pack (which is not cheap). Received email notification that order had been processed and they have charged me. I paid $100 for next day air. it has been 5 days and I have not received the product. I have reached out 3 different times, via email, chat on their website and left a voicemail (because, of course, no one answers their number) asking for tracking information for the package. I have received zero response to my inquiries. Thinking I may have to call my bank and see if they can decline the charge. Very disappointing. It isn't early treatment if you have to wait a week before you can take the product, especially when you paid more for expedited shipping. EDIT: I just heard back from the company less than 10 minutes after leaving the review. Apparently my UPS shipping label was canceled, though they couldn't provide an explanation (they are looking into it). So at least they communicated something. Still, overall...a very poor experience.

    Update: I did finally receive my order within a few days of posting this review. I placed an order on 8/31/21. My credit card was charged on 8/31/21. On 9/2/21 I received an email with an order confirmation, and a USPS tracking #. The tracking # indicated that Pre-Shipment info had been sent to USPS and that USPS was awaiting the item. I sent 2 emails inquiring about my order and received no response. On 9/17/21 I called and spoke to Giovanni. He went on about the increased demand and asked me to patient. He said he would "update the dispatchers", and that I should my order in a few days. His email to me later that day expressed some of the same and stated they would "ship it as soon as possible" On 9/21/21 I called and left a voicemail. I received no return call. On 9/22 /21 I called back and again was told about the high demand, backlog, 6000 orders, blah, blah blah, but that I would be added to the "Urgency Shipping List" and that I would "see my order soon". On 9/23/21 I received a reply to my 9/15/21 email. Angela stated: "Please note that due to high demand, we are a bit behind on our customer inquiries. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us." She also stated: "Your order has been approved and we are working on getting it shipped out. After approval it will take an additional 2-3 business days to fulfill..." On 10/6/21 I called and spoke to Mike. He gave me the same run around but now the backlog was 12,000 orders. He mentioned something about the VIP list and then said he would add me to the "Priority" shipping list. He re-stated my being added to the priority list in a follow up email. We'll see! The service is completely unacceptable. This company clearly needs new management.

    UPDATE! Received my order on 9/24. I am thankful to receive the order. My only advice to the company would be to do a better job with communication once the shipping label is created. Ordered and paid, This company created a label on Sept 12 and sent me a tracking number, but according to UPS they have never done anything since. There's no tracking information. If something changes I will update the review. This is either a scam or they need better communication!

    Communicated with me every step of the way after placing my orders, delivered my products when promised, and even followed up promptly after I received them. I've seen others giving poor reviews but that definitely was not my experience! I love every product that I've tried so far and recommend to everyone that I know! Their pain cream, for example, is 100% better than the comparable $500 stuff I've tried and actually works. Their pricing is seriously beyond reasonable, especially for the quality of what you get. Looking forward to ordering other products ... there are so many I want to try!

    2nd EDIT: Refund received in a timely manner. EDIT: I received a call from the Customer Service manager later this same day, after she saw my review. She has said she will process the refund. My issue was not with the product or the amount of time it took to receive. Those things were not at issue. The problem was their refusal at least 4 times to refund the erroneous order and never hearing back from a supervisor. I understand it's a small company, and I feel I was patient in waiting for contact. I upgraded this to 3 stars. Hopefully the refund goes through as stated. She was very apologetic. I appreciate the contact. For future issues hopefully they will have learned from this experience and respond to customers more quickly. I ordered an early treatment pack from Seven Cells. A few days later (on or about 1-30-22) I ordered a second one. Everything appeared to process correctly. The next day (1-31-22) I received an email from Seven Cells. The subject line read, "Oops....we didn't finish" and the body of the email read, "You're so close. Complete your checkout now and take a step toward your optimal health." I assumed the prior order didn't process (the website is very glitchy and you sometimes have to click numerous times before it will accept your answer). So I clicked through and placed the order. I received the first order then the second within a few weeks. Then a day or two later I received a third order. I checked my credit card statement and the first two were charged at the discounted price due to a coupon I used. The third was $50 more. I called the company and told them I didn't want the third order and it wasn't my fault that it was placed, because they had sent the email saying it wasn't finished. I've made several phone calls, first being told no refunds, then being told a supervisor would call back within 3 days. A week later I called again today. Finally was told by a rep that they would do a one-time refund and that we should keep the product because they can't resell it. 20 minutes later I get a call that he "risked his job and got in trouble for saying that and that no refund would be issued." I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said he'd transfer me but instead hung up on me and now they aren't accepting my calls. I want a refund for the full amount of $339.65, which is what I was charged for the wrong order. I am fine returning the product if they will send a shipping label.

    I placed my order on January 9th, 2022 and received e-mail confirmation order was received. January 13th received another e-mail stating order was approved and can take 5-7 days to complete before shipping. January 14th received last e-mail stating they finished processing order and priority mail should receive order 1-3 days. E-mail included order number but no way to track order. Called and left message, emailed to see if there was a way to track order or at least approximate date of delivery. I understand we are experiencing delays with mail but the lack of communication once the final e-mail was sent out is concerning. Money has been withdrawn from bank. According to last e-mail shouldโ€™ve received order around January 17th. Writing this review on January 26th. I feel like this is a scam since they have not responded to any of my communication. Will update if company makes contact and order is delivered. I would not recommend this company at this time.

    Prescription arrived, but it did not come overnight as I had paid for. Contacted the company just for refund of the different between overnight and the next tier of shipping, and they refused and said that it was delivered in a โ€œreasonable time.โ€ I didnโ€™t pay for โ€œreasonable time shipping.โ€ Buyer beware that customer service here is not interested in making the customer happy at all. They just want to make a buck.

    These guy's are legit. The website is a little glitchy and my order did not go through properly. That was a little frustrating, So I hope they can fix that soon. But I emailed them about the glitch and they fixed it and sent my order. Some of these reviews seem a little harsh on these guys, give them a Break people they are trying their best.

    Buyer beware. Glitch in the system created 3 orders. One was refunded, one was finally sent after months, but now I don't know if I trust what it actually is. The 3rd was never sent. I've been requesting a refund for months. This saga started in August. I've sent numerous emails requesting a refund that have gone nowhere. I understand they are busy, but I'm not the only that's had this issue. There are so many other pharmacies out there willing to help, and you know exactly what you are getting.

    I placed an order and received it in the time I had been quoted. I see a lot of people review Seven Cells products based on the shipping time and not the actual product which is strange to me (bots?). Overall I will say ordering was fast and easy, they do specify that it does take 1-3 days for the doctor prescription to be approved before it will be shipped and then depending on which shipping option you choose is how quickly it gets to you. So onto the product, I ordered a ten day supply of ivermectin, I have had a lingering cough since having COVID and wanted to give it a try. It worked within 2 days, my coughing was significantly reduced. Still have a few days left of my 10 supply so I will update my review after that time period.

    I have used Seven Cells for a couple of years and have been pleased with the products and service. It is best to have the products on hand before sickness.
