The workers at my location were rude, they didn’t know how to do their jobs, they called me multiple times to update me on my device but the device they were calling about wasn’t even mine! I never received a phone call regarding my laptop. They had it for 3 weeks and when I went to pick it up after not hearing anything, I was told I was not able to pick it up that evening and to come back later. I finally got my laptop back after the 3 weeks and nothing was fixed. Save your time and go elsewhere.

ZERO Stars! Absolutely horrendous experience. The employs are rude and they have absolutely no interest in customer service. Appointments are suggested drop off times, and have no bearing when they actually work on your device. For diagnostics they say it takes 1-2 days, and will call you when it's done (meanwhile they have your phone). My phone was only out of my hands for minutes, and by the time I drove home Google remotely disabled my device with a warning. "Someone might have accessed your Google Account using harmful malware on one of your devices." At best the staff is inappropriate and rude, at worst they are actively exploiting customers.

Today Mia saved my entire Xmas card list. It turned out Yahoo had New & Improved so sixty cards would not go out. He immediately understood the problem and solved it. He has always been knowledgeable and helpful, but today topped the cake! THANK YOU!!!

These folks are great. Very friendly, professional and fast. Changed out my S10 glass same day and under 2 hours. Price is high but very competitive.

It was warranty work (Google's Pixel 7 Pro screen problem). But the process was great. They needed to order the part but called when it was in, I dropped off in the evening and by next morning it was complete. Excellent job!

Excellent customer & service repairs. So the back story was that about 3 weeks ago around 11am, I left my phone on top of my vehicle after leaving the gym. It eventually fell off in the middle of the road where I literally watched my galaxy s23 ultra got ran over by a box truck, I was like (f@#!!!!) when I saw that everything was crushed. To make matters worse I just bought the damn phone one week prior to this occurrence. Luckily, I was recommended to this store by an AT&T customer service representative and I was NOT disappointed. They did an amazing job!!!!. Therefore, I want to take the time out recognize the team: Justin, Giancarlo and Chris for bringing back my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra back to life.

I have an older iPad Air & the battery was almost dead. I considered replacing it with a new iPad. I checked with uBreakIfix about battery replacement & was quoted a price of $106. I thought this was very reasonable. I got my IPad back in a couple of days & it works perfectly again!

I made an appointment which the store confirmed. Went in at appointed time. Was told to come back tomorrow. Why have an appointment if it means nothing. Obviously I didn't go back

They got me straight in and fixed my cracked screen in about an hour. Incredible customer service and attention to detail. Very upfront and informative. Also reasonably priced. (Half the cost of going through Apple) I can’t say enough about how happy I am. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

Originally took my MacBook Air to Best Buy for a screen repair only to be told they couldn’t do it unless I unlocked it by disabling Find My. Even after this was done, they were still unable to help me. I saw great reviews for uBreakiFix, so decided to give them a try. Not only was their customer service a breath of fresh air, but it cost over $200 less for my screen repair than I would have paid with Best Buy. My only “complaint” is that I wish they had more people working in the store. Not because it created a negative experience for me, but because I know what it’s like to operate short handed! Avoid this place at all costs. I purchased a new battery and a camera from them for my iPhone. I paid almost $200 total. And now GPS is not working. And they’re saying there is nothing they can do. This is a scam place. They charge you money for new parts, break your phone and of course don’t refund the money they charged you. And that’s it without the GPS the phone is unusable. I wish I never let this place scam me for money and break my phone. I will be submitting a claim to BBB. And any other place that will help me. It’s crazy how they stole my money and broke my phone and they take no responsibility for it. Go to any other place please, save your money and your phone. This place is useless.

These guys are very quiet, not pushy or chatty. They are efficient and reasonably priced and I feel comfortable thinking that IF I have any problems they would take care of it. So nice to have everything done in one day.

I paid 100 dollars for a HDMI to be fix on my ps4 and he didn’t care it was never glued back on it just stop working next day i will never bring my money back there

Went in to replace the battery and the technician looked at the phone and told me you don't need a battery. He asked where we live and told us we are using power to search for a tower when we use the phone. I like honest people and when I need work done on my phone you can be assured I'll be back.
