Highly recommend Raphaello's. 5+ Stars! I had the popcorn removed, some drywall replaced that had been water damaged, a new knockdown texture and paint. It came out fantastic! He and his crew even re-did the kitchen ceiling that the last company I had hired (and fired) completely botched. What a difference. These guys work tirelessly, are extremely punctual, and take great care not to get plaster or paint on ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. Spotless clean up! I can't say enough good things about this company. I will definitely hire Raphaello's for my future home-updating projects. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I used Raphaello's Property Services (RPS) for installing drywall through out our house. He was very Professional did Great work and went above and beyond what was needed at No extra cost, just wanted to make the job right. I really appreciated that. He says what he means and means what he says and is very easy to talk to and get along with. I was so pleased with (RPS) I had him tile all the floors and the bathroom and he did a Great job there too. I can't say enough good things about this guy, they just don't make them like him anymore. This review was long over due. Thanks again Sir for a Great experience. Raphaello's Property Services did a wonderful job on our ceiling! My wife and I bought a condo with some extensive drywall issues from ocean air. Raph was able to start quickly, communicated the entire renovation process, taped everything off and left no mess behind. We are very happy with such beautiful results. reasonable price! We had Raphaello's remove the popcorn ceiling in our main living area and 2 bedrooms, and a smooth finish applied. We had been told previously by others that it would be impossible to get a nice smooth finish applied. However, our ceilings came out beautifully, very nice and very smooth! There were also 2 water damaged areas which required some repair, all of which was done well and will ensure that our ceiling does not sag in the future. The removal and reapplication of the ceiling, along with sanding and painting, was a messy process. However, all areas of the home were protected with plastic during the process. We also had some wall resurfacing done in a small bathroom and on a couple of other walls. These came out pretty well, although not quite as perfect as the ceiling. The workers were efficient and hard working, the price of the job was very competitive. With a little better clean up at the end of the entire job we would have given 5 stars. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend Raphaello's for similar work.
