I went for an oil change this time. But I have been coming to this dealership for decades for purchasing vehicles, maintenance and service. The names have changed, employees and dealership, but the high quality customer service has not. The staff are always professional, personable and upfront with what needs to be serviced, plus what is a priority and what could wait. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, restroom as well. There are vending machines and coffee available. If the wait time for Quick Change services is longer they’ll tell you up front, maybe recommend another day if isn’t compatible with your days plans. There are other food options a short walk (a city block) in either direction Tim Horton’s and Westborn Market, if you need something and are willing to wait. I highly recommend this Quick Change location.

The staff are always polite and courteous and the service is excellent. Due to a staff shortage, it took almost 2 hours for my oil change, tire rotation and fluids check, however there were 3 people in line ahead of me, so I didn’t expect to be out in 30 minutes. I know I can trust the work I receive and will continue to have Jack Demmer Lincoln service all my vehicles.

Excellent! I had called a dealership closer to my home but did not get the service expected at all. It took quite some time to even get a call back to schedule the repair, then they canceled the service with no explanation. This was recall service so Jack Demmer Lincoln not only completed the service but they came to me to service at my home. Wonderful communication & service. You are located further away but I know where I will be purchasing my next Lincoln. Thank you!!!

I came in from out of town to pick up a Lincoln that I purchased elsewhere. And found it had a bad tire among other things before I would be able to drive it across country to get a home. They fixed everything within a day and on top of that it had no manual and it started to snow - I asked for help and they gave me a crash course so I could go home. I wish the Lincoln dealers in Las Vegas we're as helpful and prompt as they were!!!! You are so lucky to have them take care of your cars!!! WELL DONE GUYS!

Jessica, our technician, went above and beyond to affect proper repairs and made certain we were informed of all needed repairs in and out of warranty. Honest service by a Senior Master Technician and it gets no better than this. Highly recommended, and I would be sure to request this tech for any heavy/quality repairs.

If you’re looking for easy, understanding and NON-pushy sales reps, I would suggest Jack Demmer. Not only was I NOT pushed into a new vehicle but I was allowed and encourage to build one of my choice. I liked that as it made me feel as I am the one with the lead versus the sales rep being the lead. I also greatly appreciate the fact that a majority of the paper work was done virtually. Boy, did that save me a ton of time. Go see them and ask for Jim! Super sweet person and very savvy with virtual paperwork.
