    I had such a good experience with the staff at fleet farm! I was looking for multiple things and I had only been to their store once before so I was having trouble finding items I needed and everyone was so kind and willing to help. I gladly signed up for their free fleet farm rewards program and will be going back any time I need softwood pellet bedding (which I actually use as cat litter because it's eco-friendly) and it was 1/3 of the price that you can get wood pellet litter at pet stores! I also got a bird feeder and when I needed help finding the correct bird seed, someone let me right to it. Highly recommend!

    This has to do more with people with limited mobility—all 4 electric scooters are out of order. I don’t really believe they are sorry with all 4 not working. Makes it very customer UNFRIENDLY

    Checking out in this particular store is more painful than checking out at Target. Their sale prices never ring up right at the register, and then you are stuck behind somebody haggling over a couple dollars, while waiting for some slacker with zero motivation to go get a price check. I only shop here if it will eliminate multiple trips to other stores.

    There’s an old saying “they have a little bit of everything.’ Well Fleet Farm has a lot of everything and more. For example, I was looking for a pair of work boots. They must have had 60 - 75 pairs of different types and styles. Clothes range from hard core work clothes to causal. So much to buy and so little money…. They have motor oil for:motorcycles, boats, snow machines, ATVs, and more. Tires to fit so many vehicles. Frozen foods, bird, dog, cat food. Ok, ok you get it. The grill I got was priced lower than their website price. This place has so much of your wants, needs, and think you need. Great store.

    first time buying something at fleet farm and the payment system kept messing up...The employee kept giving me the dumbest of advice that was not useful in solving the problem... I literally had to look at her and tell her thank you for your suggestions but that's not what the problem is... I inserted my credit cards chip into the reader and have to authorize the purchase on the payment screen... but the payment screen wouldn't register my authorization... so the queen of stupid had to keep informing me to solve the problem I just need to rub the card on my shirt , gently insert my card into the card reader over and over and over again... The card reader had no trouble read my card...The problem was the software refused to authorize the purchase despite registering I clicked authorized until after the 15th time I touched authorized. I don't need dumb advice when the problem is the software on the system messing up... if she truly want to be helpful she should have asked what is the issue instead of assuming with the issue was.

    My daughter is a frequent shoppers here. Holy Toledo it's the biggest cleanest farm store I have ever been into. It has everything lol. Found some items a little pricey so be careful

    Most employees were very friendly and helpful however I'm not sure if my cashier was deaf or just rude. I greeted him twice and he never responded or greeted me at all. The first thing he said to me was, he asked for my birthday, because I purchased an adult beverage. He never said goodbye, have a good day, thank you or f..k o.f.

    This is a one star only for Black Friday November 24th 2023 in the ammunition and hunting department....it was the most disorganized and cluster #@*%..... I was standing at the counter for 20 minutes no 1 would help me and another customer asked what I was doing am I buying a gun I said yes he said well you need a ticket you have to sign up over there at that table.... well there was nothing telling you that..... so I got a ticket stood back up to the counter for another 20 minutes until another customer said are you buying a gun I said yes..... well you have to get a ticket.... I said I got a ticket...... He said well you have to go over there and stand in line.... I said I did not know there was a line so I stood in line and watched one customer after another go to the cashier to buy other goods bought in other departments in the store while I was waiting to purchase my firearm..... very disorganized.... very disappointing.... I love the store but very disappointing in the management of that store

    Nobody works here. They have very few staff for that whole place and finding one of them to ask where the tv cable and antennas are was almost impossible. I finally found a guy and he showed us where they were. And check out was a LONG wait infront of us and behind us and there's only 2 people doin check out and they lady ran put of cash and shut down her lane after we checked out. Not a very good experience here for us.

    I felt most of the prices were fair. Their boot selection was amazing. My only issue was I had a coverall with 3 tags on it. 40, 50 and 75. Seriously that's just laziness. Takes seconds to rip off a tag before adding a new 1

    It should not take 2 hours to buy some mulch and a few other items, cashier did not know how to work a register, then loyalty program did not get added even when I clarified it had, customer service refused to correct, went to pick up the mulch, the cashier had scanned the wrong kind. Had to go back in to get corrected.

    Cabela's meets Scheel's and parties with Sportsman's Warehouse, Menard's style. Hard to explain, but from a vast selection of work clothes to hunting, camping, home and farm management items, not sure you can put FF in to words. Just go visit. Meander. Shop. Take your time and you'll likely find what your place needs - and more you weren't looking for. We need a few of these places in Nebraska!!!

    Excellent experience! Stopped in to check it out and WOW. They have everything! Plus I was greeted and had a great conversation with an employee behind the firearms counter. He was very helpful and made me feel welcome as I have just moved to Sioux City. He recommended places, products in the store and was over all very friendly.

    This place is amazing until it comes to the auto motive department. Very rude under qualified employee’s. Went in to get new tires and a alignment done. They put on the new tires then said I had to come back for the wheel-bearings to be replaced. Which I did of course… After a week of driving it starts to squeak at every turn and bump and steering wheel is also crooked. Knowing that the alignment wasn’t correct. Tires were not balanced correctly and the new wheel bearings were squeaking. I took it back in good faith asking the to recheck my alignment and see why my wheel bearings are squeaking. I got a rude employee instead telling me it’s bouncy and squeaking bc the truck is settling.. and they can’t check my alignment due to my tie-rod being broke now. Mind you this is a month after they worked on my truck. After asking questions about all the excuses they had bc I have already been under it and had it looked at and knowing everything they was telling me was a lie. They employee started arguing with me, getting frustrated and huffed at me. Clearly he was irate with me because I knew he was wrong. Also they didn’t have time. I was the only customer in the shop the whole time I was there which was almost 2 hours for a oil change but all the employee’s would rather be outside smoking and walking their dogs.

    Love this place but they must fix the concrete in the front of their entrance. It is not flush with the parking lot ground so when you’re pushing a cart in, it gets stuck. The cart nearly flipped and my 2 year old slammed his face on the cart and busted his lip. 👎🏻

    Love this place but I often wonder why the cashiers and other help desk there stares rudely around like everyone is suspect or something I just don't go upfront til I leave.. other than that they have everything and I mean everything I can spend hours there no prob

    This store gets me in trouble lol! Always leave with more stuff than I go for. I have never had a bad experience at this store. Always friendly staff and a wide variety of inventory.

    This review is specifically about their auto service department. I needed an oil change while on a 600 mile round trip. I was able to get one here, and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Their service is fantastic, I will certainly use them again.
