On 2 separate occasions, an extremely professional gentleman came to my mom’s nursing home to assist in removing rings that were stuck. He was very considerate of her emotions (wedding ring and anniversary rings were cut off) and made sure there was no discomfort. In addition we had Gunderson’s repair both rings as they are intended to be passed down to further generations in our family. Both rings look brand new! We are very happy with the way we were treated, how much care was given to my mom during the process and how amazing the rings looked when they were done. Highly recommend!!!

I really enjoy and love working with Gunderson’s. I have a necklace that I was gifted with years ago and the chain broke and I lost it. I’ve been wanting a new chain for years. The gal that assisted me was very friendly and helpful on what I was looking for and would work well with my lifestyle. I also have a pair of diamond earrings I got from a different jewelry store, but issues with the screw on backings. Gunderson’s said they can certainly look at them which is very nice. I highly recommend Gunderson’s to anyone. I always get great service at a very reasonable price at Gundersons no matter the size of my purchase - big or small. I’ve taken my watch for repairs and my engagement ring in to get maintenance on the prongs. I can’t say enough good things about them. The store is so nice it can be intimidating but they are so nice and helpful!!

I hope my first time here is not my only time. Very hospitable and accommodating. The sales lady stuck with me until I found what I was looking for, and made sure it fit. She even tookbthe time to properly adjust the watch I wore into the store. The items in the store ranged from wedding bands to Rolex watches. Silver and gold bracelets and necklaces with wonderful craftsmanship. Beautiful Damascus steel, hand-forged knives of skilled workmanship. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.

My husband and I came in to get our rings cleaned. Not only did they come back looking like new, they found a loose side diamond on my ring that needed to be tightened. We are visiting from Texas and were blown away by the quality of customer service and the professionalism they showed. Will definitely stop by when we visit Sioux City again.

I had to have my ring appraised for our insurance. I did not realize I had a small diamond was missing, they went above & beyond replacing the smaller diamond. They completed my appraisal in a quick timely-manner & my ring came back perfect and so clean! I would highly recommend Gunderson's and we will doing business with them in the future!
