I always enjoy shopping here. Have recently put my faith and trust and money into this store in purchasing a set of new tires for my vehicle. They offered buy 3 get one free. Installation is extra. Their service department is nicely appointed and waiting area free from clutter. They offer you bottled water or coffee while you wait. The store itself is huge and offers many items for purchase. Clothes, food, hunting supplies and guns and ammo, camping supplies, farm supplies, hardware, tools, the list is long and impressive. Many handicapped parking spots in front of store. Huge parking area. Nicely lit. Very clean store and bathroom. They take great pride in keeping this store clean and free of debris. The staff are well trained and professional. They offer help when needed. In my opinion this place is worth stopping by and shopping for whatever you may need.

Long story short DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR FOR AN ALIGNMENT. Took mine it was there for almost a full day and when they said it was "done" they told me they did the best they could and it would need an alignment from somewhere else. Reported it to the manager and also the company and never heard a thing. I also had to pay full price for my alignment that they didn't complete but they wouldn't release the car without full payment. Horrible place.

Great store for fishing equipment! I also make a lot of snack sticks, sausages and jerky. They have a wide variety of seasonings and equipment. Can’t go wrong at Fleet Farm.

Prices are outrageous. Clearances are not really Clearance prices. Can't ever find any employee to help. I did ask a female employee to help me find a holiday display piece I wanted, she was so rude and acted like I was intruding on her time cause she had to go to the back to get the item I wanted. Wow, that's your job 🙄.

It wasn't that crowded. Couldn't find anything that I went there for. Bought some Xmas lights thinking I was getting a deal. Nope walmart had the same thing cheaper. Spent alot of money when I should have just gone to Walmart. You would think farm and fleet would have alot more selection than what I ended up getting. Could even find a remote control for the lights. Prices were way to high and they called it a sale. Mabey if you have a high paying job you could afford it there but for me .there won't be a next time. Sorry farm and fleet but your prices are way to high. Did you think about the way the economy is now or just about getting your pockets filled. Just being honest. My opinion.

Read their AD, Went thetr to get a pair of boots listed in the AD. There were 3 pairs of the brand I wanted on a set of shelves that had about 7 different brands of shoes. I get tired of these ADs. The AD didn't say 'close out'. My expectation was they were a stocked item. It's going to be a long time for me to get over that experience.

Went in on October 20, 2023 to go buy ammo for my carry pistol and when I went to check out the cashier asked for my date of birth, then said oh I need to see your ID. As I was pulling my ID out, she said oh no I need to see HIS ID since its for him (my husband who was with me) and he was shocked and showed his ID, even though I said the ammo was mine and she said it was because her boss was there. I was the one purchasing yet she needed to see my husbands ID. I felt awkward and discriminated against. My husband posted a review about this situation and someone replied and told us to contact their department and someone would get ahold of us. I emailed what happened to the email they gave and a person from their HR department called me and said she'd look into the situation and call me back at the beginning of the following week. I've heard nothing and it's November 27, 2023. If you're a woman going to purchase ammo for your pistol from Fleet Farm, I guess you have to have a man with you and they don't follow up after they discriminate against you as a woman when it's brought to their attention.

This place is a joke both for customers and employees. They over charge on everything. A lot of employees handle the products with disregard. Customers are tolerable at best and the instant they leave the store they get comments made about them. You're better off going to Theisens or Farm and Fleet. The management don't care about the employees that work for them. Part time employees are treated horribly compared to full timers. If you're looking for work, well keep looking elsewhere. The pay is very bad compared to any other retail job. Employees that have been there for years proclaimed that raises are minimal at best. My checks always come out equaling less than they should. The stockers are glorified servants that every other department looks down upon. When I started training was practically non-existent. I trained for 2 hours and was expected to know everything. They hire people who they know won't do their assigned jobs Only to fill said jobs. Only employees that are treated fair are the ones that kiss up to management and just talk instead of doing their jobs. Fairness is missing from their vocabulary. They love to turn employees against each other by playing favorites. Hard workers are rewarded with more and more tasks and very little praise. It is one of the worst work environments I have ever experienced in my decades of experience. Hostility is a daily occurrence. So to reiterate both employees and customers, go elsewhere to get your monies worth because it won't happen there. More bang for your buck elsewhere.

Huge and Areas are not clearly marked. Hard to find things in store. We tried to go out to the garden area to get bags of sand and they had it locked. So you have to go to the cashier and ask for service, then go back out there. Pain in the butt. We didn't buy it there. Not a store I'll frequent.

Many people may not care but, I just want to say, the car wash at fleet farm is the best quick was around. Very affordable also! Other quick washes usually miss spots and don't do a very good job. Not the case at fleet farm though. Spotless clean and shiney every time.

I absolutely love this store. I can't afford much of what I love to shop for but it's such a cool place. Everything you could imagine needing for your home or business, they sell. Home and Garden, Tools galore, clothing for miles, not to mention shoes, boots and usually there are sales going on. Outdoor adventures, Pet supplies and food, furniture, automotive. Place rocks!!

Great selection and prices were fair. Excited for the greenhouse to fill up! Love to fill my flower pots for the summer and last year found beautiful plants here.

I only visited the outdoor garden center. 75%off Clearance Sale and 99% of the ir plants were in great shape! I spent all my money before I even got into the store. LOL Very helpful person at the checkout 'hut.' She offered to water my plants before I took them home. Courteous and generous employee.

They have plenty of stuff here and I can find a good variety of items. Prices are ok. No authentic western wear but plenty of clothes. Beer and bullets should go together. Just saying.

  • 3/5 Matt B. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of stuff all in one place. Bad thing is the size. The place is so big that if you don't need lots of stuff then it is like walking a 5k just to get what you need. Time for mom and pop shop.

The guys in automotive were life savers. The terminal clamp on my battery was loose and slipping off while driving! The battery terminal was too small for the clamp so I couldn't just tighten it. I called another body shop and they tried to tell me it would take 6 hours and over $100 to fix (which made no sense!). I called the Fleet Farm automotive and with the team already gearing up to go home, they still let me rush in last minute, took a look at it, and fixed it in under ten minutes for an incredibly affordable price. Without their help that day I could have killed my car mid-drive on the highway and crashed. 10/10

Very nice store, well kept and friendly staff. No store is perfect and I think some items can be a touch over priced. But you can't win them all. Fleet Farm in Cedar Rapids is a nice store.

Love this place, just a little bit of something for everyone. We bought 3 bags of trail mix, totally love it. We don't get here often, wish there were stores in NE.

I will never shop here again because of Andrew. I literally spend thousands here every month and have had 1 return since the store has opened. I tried to return my 2nd item today and Andrew ( who from the kindness of his heart let me return the 1st item months ago) told me that I couldn’t return this. He personally sees me come in this store almost every day and never have a bill less than a few hundred. If yall have no loyalty to your loyal patrons I will take my business elsewhere

I have been to a few Fleet Farm stores in different areas this one is by far the largest. I honestly love the sporting goods stuff, but they have everything from livestock stuff to hardware, yard-ware. Also the lady at the checkout somehow conned a smile out of me. I wish had remembered her name but anywho good staff.

I had personalized service from three employees this visit. The place is too big though. The one salesperson said they were out of what I needed and we kept going up and down aisles trying to find the item. The other person looked it up in the computer and found a different brand for half the product at twice the price. He looked it uup again and found another area they had it stocked and I bought it.
