Update: I purchased a like new Model S 90D from GT Auto Mall 3 months after my first purchase. They offer full service from Xpel clear bra and tints on site before delivery. Love both my rides. I recently purchased a mint one owner 2013 x5 diesel loaded to the gills. What a fantastic car buying experience without pressure. They only sell clean cars. Pricing is more than fair for what you get in service and the buying experience. These guys are are passionate auto enthusiasts and provide excellent follow-up and service.

GT Auto Mall honestly made one of my dreams come true. I contacted Anish, the owner, and even though he was out of town he took my call and set me up with Nirmal who was more than helpful. He was genuine and very passionate about cars, and that's what I would hope for at any dealership. He stayed late so I could drive down to look at the car. He took me on a generous test drive and told me everything about the car. He provided everything I needed to take care of on my end with the bank. He was there to answer any questions I had, over the phone or text, at any time. The day came for me to pick the car up, and I could have been out the door in literally 20 minutes, but I couldn't stop drooling over the beautiful car just bought. After chatting Nirmal and Anish, and a few other guys from their service department, I hit the road in my beautiful, freshly detailed Chevy SS. They waved as I drove off and I never looked back. Honestly, because I didn't need to. I was so happy to be sitting in one of my dream cars, and I knew that the guys at GT Auto Mall set me off with everything I needed. Almost two months, and 7,000 miles later, the car is still flawless. I've had zero issues, mainly because of the rigorous inspections they mandate before any vehicle leaves their showroom. The guys here are not "car salesmen", they are car enthusiasts, with a passion to find and provide dream cars to those in search. They will find you what you want. They will help you reach those dreams.

Hands down the best buying experience I've ever had. The customer service is top notch. They went above and beyond to make sure absolutely everything was taken care of and I was completely satisfied with the buying process and the car. These are honest, down to earth car guys who love what they do. Without a doubt I'll be a return customer.

Bought a 2018 Mercedes AMG C63S from GT Auto Mall and it was BY FAR the BEST experience I've had when purchasing a car. Anish and Nirmal were very informative and helpful and truly made this car buying experience unique for me. There were no sales tricks, no upsells, nothing. Just a great car at a great price offered by people who are very passionate about cars! GT Auto Mall has now become my "go to dealership" and I hope to continue building a solid relationship with them moving forward!

I have purchased a lot of cars in my life in various countries but this was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. I was sitting in California one day, searching the internet for Range Rover Sports. As I viewed random pictures on Google images, a close-up of a beautiful red interior caught my eye. I clicked on it and it led me to a web page for GT Auto Mall near Chicago, IL. I immediately called and spoke with Anish, one of the owners. Eagerly, I asked him if this vehicle was still available and he seemed a bit puzzled. He asked me where I was seeing the ad? I explained and he told me that that vehicle was for sale a year earlier but had been withdrawn because the owner decided not to sell at that time. Somehow this ghost page was floating on the internet because when I went directly to their website and not through this photo link, the vehicle was not there. My heart sank because I was already yearning for this beauty! He proceeded to tell me though that he had recently seen the owner and that he heard that the owner had purchased a new Porsche Panamera. He said he would call the owner and ask him if he would be interested in selling. I was pleased to hear that he said "yes!" Over the next couple days we worked out a deal. Anish is a very busy guy but he was always pretty quick to respond to my texts and calls. We were going to be flying to Chicago to pick up the vehicle and wanted to have my company branding applied before we arrived. Anish was completely cool with this all being done by an outside company in the GT Auto Mall shop before I had even signed any papers or paid for the vehicle. I say this because it shows the level of trust that we had established over the phone. The first time I drove the vehicle was after we signed the papers and we left for our road trip! I really felt that Anish was a stand up guy and that what he told me about the vehicle was the truth. The accountant/financial manager (his name is Nirmal) was also a great guy to work with. There were some things that we needed to be in touch about after the sale and he was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The team in the shop were also awesome to work with as I had ordered a hitch mounted cargo box for carrying camera/filming gear for our road trip (we were filming an infomercial as we drove back across the country) and had it delivered to their shop. The guys in the shop jumped right in and assembled the box and had it mounted and ready to go in half an hour. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from these guys and they will be first on my list for any future vehicle purchases. I would rather deal with them and fly across the country to pick up my car or have it shipped from them because I seriously believe they are not playing typical used car sales games. They love cars, care about people, and enjoy what they do. It really shows guys. Well done!! My experience here was excellent...they seem to all really love what they do and there was no haggling or any of the classic "used car salesman" tricks. Anish (not sure if I spelled that correct) was incredibly helpful on the showroom floor, he even got down on the ground with me to answer questions when I looked under the chassis. Hollie was super friendly helping me with the paperwork and I could not of asked for a smoother process.

Had a clear bra and other little work done here. Anish is a great person to work with and his team did an excellent job on my GTI. He was even nice enough to work around my schedule. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing location to purchase a car from; you receive the upfront information as you would normally see from an enthusiast private seller, combined with the knowledge and staff of a dealership combined. Would more than likely go through Anish at GT Auto Mall again for any future cars, as well as recommend him to anyone searching for a specific car.

Amazing enough said!! I shipped my McLaren to Chicago for service. Dan the transport driver coordinated the timely pick up and communicated arrival time. He showed up on time and with extreme care and concern he made sure to safely load and unload my car. Upon return he displayed the same professionalism. Anish the owner took time to personally call me and we spoke for quite some time about other services they offer. Top notch company and people!!!
