Very pleased with Chicago Grace. I am selling my home and had an inspection done. Inspector noticed the flue was loose and needed to be secured. Since the inspector is coming back next week, the job had to be done right away. I called Chicago Grace and spoke to Nico, he came over and took a look at the flue plus the entire roof to make sure everything was ok. Turns out the contractor that put the roof on back in 2018 cut a few corners and didn't seal the mushroom vents and a couple other things. Although not required to by the inspector, I wanted to make sure the roof was taken care of and Nico gave me a great price on the entire job. Since this had to be done quickly, his crew came out on a Sunday to accommodate my time frame. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. Very grateful to Nico and Chicago Grace, they did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them if you need roof work done!

Niko and Pete did an amazing job on our roof. They beat each competitors estimate, and despite them needing to do some extra work on our roof, their cost was still below the others. Niko was very communicative throughout the process, as well was Pete. The new roof is perfect. It's nice to not have to worry about it, but if something happens I know these guys will come to help. We had a great experience with Niko and Chicago Grace Construction. They provided a competitive estimate for a complete roof and deck replacement over a garage in Bucktown. The crew showed up on time and Niko communicated progress updates throughout. During the project, they unfortunately identified additional wood rot and called to discuss extra work that was out of the original scope. While there was an additional cost, they were flexible and negotiated the overage. The on-site crew cleaned up and hauled away the debris and even cleaned the garage out for us upon completion. Very satisfied with final product. The work also includes a 10 year warranty.

This was my second time using Niko and his team and they've done a great job both times. We've had some repairs that were needed as well as gutter apron /drip edge to be installed on an older shingle roof. We needed to have brick pillars stabilized and after requesting a quote they came out the next day to take a look and finished the job the very next day! Very satisfied. The only issues we had was that the workers left our gate open (in the way of cars) and they used our neighbor's trash bin for brick materials. Otherwise it was fantastic.

I own a Property Management Company in Chicago and NW Indiana. Pete and Nico were very eager for our business. They showed up the next day after we contacted them and gave us a very competitive bid to replace one lintel and spot tuck and entire side of a 4-unit building, . Yesterday they signed the contract and when I was trying to schedule a date, Pete said "How about today?". Chicago Grace started and completed the job that I had budgeted 2 days for in one day by beefing up their crew and working until after dark. The quality of the work was good, and I am very pleased with this company. I've worked with dozens of Masonry Contractors over the years and Chicago Grace is among the best of the bunch.
