They got me in the next day early morning. The scheduler mistakenly didn't ask my name and I wasn't officially scheduled bit they took my car anyways for diagnosis on a potential transmission leak. Still waiting for results but so far they've be friendly and have happily assisted me despite the scheduling mistake. Great service per usual and the reason I'll always go to jiffy for my regular services. The Arlington, Marysville and Stanwood locations specifically are all fantastic!

I have been a loyal customer to Jiffy Lube, but my last visit was shocking. They pumped my oil out rather than draining it, and charged me 6.99 to put 1 cup of antifreeze in my car. My roommate is a mechanic and warned me about pumping oil out instead of draining it, says its bad for the engine because it doesnt get all the old oil out and can cause issues. My bill was $117 for this? I will say the staff was very friendly and kind. But, unfortunately I will not be returning.

Had to wait a little longer than usual, but still great service. Stuff happens, just have to adapt and remain patient. As always, great service. Thank you all for your hard work.

It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to JiffyLube. Disappointed that no other types of services were offered. Didn’t check my wiper blades, tire pressure or air filter. These were always offered before. Friendly staff and oil change was quick.

Fantastic experience today. Preparing for a long travel and desperately needed things checked out. Super friendly service. I'd especially like to acknowledge thank Jessica for her amazing help. Very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Great job with the oil service I needed. Five starts on all ratings. They on site technicians also gave a good evaluation of other things that may need to be done to my cooling system and gave me a very competitive quote to fix my cooling system.

John displayed great mgmt skills as the new general manager and I’m very happy when he addressed my questions and concerns. Ash and Chris were also very good with their customer service. Definitely coming back

Top notch service. 15 minutes is a lie though. Should say more like 25-30. No buggy though lol Was not pushy on additional things needed done. Just did what was asked. Very team oriented. Was yelling everywhere giving updates constantly. My favorite was this guy below in the picture. Funny and appreciated at the same time.This red car was done and needed to be pulled out of the station. Homeboy stood in front of the car and I quote said, “I’ve been wearing the same pair of pants for 3 weeks, I know you’re not talking about me getting in no car.” I about fell over laughing. lol free entertainment while I waited. Definitely worth coming back. Stellar job guys !!! Thank you !

Paul is the bomb! This was our first time using a warranty and they made Paul jump through so many hoops to get it done but he stuck it out and worked with them and myself to get the job covered so I wouldn't have to pay for it myself.. which would have been originally $700 but was $600.. he is super fast knowledgeable and super friendly and very easy to talk to.. this man deserves an award! He was great and I felt safe and comfortable coming to this jiffy lube.. I highly recommend!!

I ran over to Jiffy Lube today even though I usually go to my dealership. I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I didn’t think getting my oiled changed could be such a positive encounter. Excellent service. Seth M., Matthew M., And Mason S. provided very fast and thorough service. I especially appreciated Matthew for applying a coupon to my bill before I even asked about one and speaking to me about my air filter and that it wasn't necessary to replace it at this time. I recently visited this jiffy lube for an oil change and it was such a pleasant experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the service was so quick! They even helped me track down my out of state Jiffy Lube records which I haven't had success doing since moving to Washington! Would highly recommend this location!!

Employees were polite. They were out of oil filters for my 2016 Toyota and I was told I could provide my own. When I asked for the price to reflect me having to purchase the oil filter from the auto parts store, I was told no. They did not check my exterior lights and I was not told about my tires being low? Found that on the invoice after I got home. Overall they were nice but they missed some steps and I’m out the $19.99 + tax for an oil filter on top of a full-syn oil change . The store was not busy. When I pulled up, I was the only customer vehicle

Honest, decently priced, quick. The lead mechanic is awesome. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Took the extra step in showing me the bad part on my vehicle and what it should look like.

Josh and Seth were very helpful and polite during my visit. Seth always has a good attitude and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need which I appreciated. Will be coming back for a quick oil change as they were accommodating and got me in quickly.

Oh my goodness best service I have ever received ! So quick and efficient! Seth was very Informative on everything and such a sweet hearted guy. I also looked up a quick coupon online and got $15 off, I will definitely be back for my next oil change!

I usually do oil changes myself , but I was in a accident and couldn’t change it myself. They have some great customer service , but my check engine light came on for the first time ever after I took it here. Code said that the wrong oil was put in. I recommend bringing your own oil and filter in.

What a pleasant place to do business. Mason and the other technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Yes, they want you to buy an oil change, but they’re concerned first and foremost about keeping you and the family safe while traveling. They are one class act. Thank you Marysville Jiffy Lube!

Would have given a fifth star for outstanding service, but a newer employee left oil/grease marks on my seat and floor. No permanent damage done. I'll still get my vehicles serviced here, but will ask for that cheesy paper mat to be used.

This was the fastest oil change I have ever had done! I will definitely be back! I have a one year old and to be able to stay in my car and see everything being done in about 10 minutes was a blessing!

I have always used this business for oil changes but yesterday I stopped in to see if they could change my wiper blades. Not only did they change my blades but Ashton applied ranex and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. Thank you for your great service and employees.

I called to get a price on an oil change and was about to just not even get one because the price of oil went up so bad, but Ashton on the other end of the phone let me know that they top off all the liquids under the hood, check your lights, check/read your engine codes, and more (I forget what lol) and also he was just really nice so I just decided to come in cause that's all a good deal. Everyone here was just pleasant to be around, obviously enjoy their job, and are good at it too. I was in and out of there quickly and happily. Thanks guys!
