We went to Fleet Feet today for a proper fitting and pair of shoes for grandma. The entire family went home with new shoes. We were amazed at the service, attention to detail, and prices. Finally, we all have comfortable properly fitted shoes. I can’t imagine buying shoes anywhere else.

This was my first time purchasing shoes at Fleet Feet so I didn’t know what to expect. The sales person was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. After I explained what I was looking for she knew exactly what to recommend. The result is a very comfortable pair of shoes that I am very happy with.

Wow, used Fleet Feet for the first time and the last time…HORRIBLE! Purchased shoes online for curbside pickup, waited over 5 hours to pick them and when my husband gets there they have no idea about my order and sold my shoes THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR to someone else!! Can’t even talk to someone about getting my money back until MAYBE tomorrow!

Sales Associate was kind, patient and very knowledgeable on the various shoes. I visited on a busy friday afternoon, was greeted right away and helped within minutes of walking in. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying any shoes or any particular brand. I took the foot test they have and was explained what every section of the test results meant and was recommended different shoes (different brands) by the sales associate. Any question I had he answered. Very very pleased with my experience and purchase.

This is my first experience with Fleet Feet. I was confused about all the shoe choices and they took all the worry away. The staff is very knowledgeable and so helpful. It's a wonderful place to shop and I'm glad I put my feet in their capable hands.

Our goal was just to find trail shoes for myself, but all 5 of us ended up walking out with a new pair of shoes. The customer service was top notch making this such a great, true experience. I feel so bad but I can't remember the name of the young woman who helped us but she was patient, thorough in her explanations, and didn't rush us at all for the 3 hours we were there! It was amazing to check out a local shoe store and we'll be customers for life!

We walked in just before closing and the associate didn't rush us at all. Very cool foot scan thing that she used to recommend shoes but no pressure to buy. I've never bought running shoes so needed to try on a few different pairs. Bought the most comfortable pair I tried on. No doubt make my runs more enjoyable.

Had a great experience. Wife and I came in about 30 mins before closing. Chandler was amazing and patient in helping us get the shoes for us. Chandler was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Will go back again when we need new shoes again.

Great customer service and great advice. I walk 12 to 14 miles a day at work. My podiatrist said I needed a really good pair of shoes. These Hokas felt the best. Haven't regretted my purchase yet!

A huge selection of athletic shoes. Service was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about specific needs. This is not Walmart. Expect to drop some major cash. The shoes are quality. Take care of your feet.

Fleet Feet helped me find great shoes for working 12 hours shifts! I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but they helped me find the right shoes. The employees didn’t make me feel pressured and were very knowledgeable about their selection. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good pair of shoes!

I don't know the woman's name who helped me but she was very helpful. She took a lot of time to help me find just the right shoes in just the right size. And I really needed a lot of help because I'm pretty new to running and my feet do have some special considerations. And aapparently I've been wearing the wrong size shoe for a long time. I was very intimidated to reach out for professional help finding a pair of running shoes but the staff here made it very easy and I'll be back for my next pair

I love buying my shoes from Fleet Feet Athens. They are Always friendly and very helpful. As I get older my running shoe needs continue to change. I can always get a scan to make sure I am getting the perfect shoe for me. I have never been disappointed from any shoes I have bought from Fleet Feet Athens!!

I like the store owner he is very knowledgeable and friendly. He makes for a great shopping experience. Went back several days later to swap shoes and Chandler helped me. She was wonderful, she was very knowledgeable, fitted me in the perfect shoe I even bought two pairs that day. I highly recommend this wonderful store.

Amazing place! Before coming here I had only bought shoes at major retail stores and online. Never again. I will now rely on FleetFeet for all of my shoe needs. I walked in and was helped by the owner. He used their “Feet ID” technology to best equip me with shoes for my feet. He then helped me through the process of trying some on until we found what was right for me (only took 3 tries). I highly recommend!

Great experience! Chandler was the sales person that helped me. She was a pleasure to work with. I drove 30 minutes to make an exchange of a shoe that was a half size to small. The bottom line is the service was great and she helped me quickly. She even turned me on to some running clubs near by. So thank you. Looking forward to go out to Fleet Feet Athens for another pair in the near future.

Really helpful employees here who will dedicate all the time you need to ensure you find the shoe you want. They are knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They don't try to force any purchases on you either. The foot scans were really helpful in showing what type of shoe would benefit me. I've been pleased with the Brooks that I bought. It was great knowing they have a long enough return policy to give me ample time to try out the shoes and still be able to return them if needed.
