Exceptional quality! I have ordered graduation announcements 2020 (middle of lock down) and 2022. Both times I have the best experience. The staff is highly experienced, highly professional and their quality is exceptional. I was able to customize wording and design on each one and make small adjustments until perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend them for ANY print job. I'll be back again for college graduation and any other occasion I may need printing.

Used to be a great place until a few months ago when Bel-Jean decided to concentrate not on doing a great job, but instead put all their effort into virtue signaling. One of these marginalized victim of oppression employee (a whyte able bodied male) notified me that he was not going to be able to make my copies because he only had 45 minutes left in the job and he didn’t think he could copy 42 pages in that time. Mind you that when I arrived at the building, he was sitting doing NOTHING! However, it was obvious to me as soon as I asked him that he was not going to do it. My request became more proof of his imaginary oppression. The irony is that no one can complain without being called a bigot. These victims are truly untouchable and powerful.

I used this place my junior year of college for a huge (and difficult) printing job. Every single person I worked with was super friendly, they formatted my project beautifully, and the final result was great. I couldn't recommend them more.

Bel-Jean handled my wedding paper and the quality was phenomenal. I ordered last minute (the week of the wedding) and they had it printed in a timely manner and it was very affordable! If I ever need anything else printed, I will definitely return to Bel-Jean.

Bel-Jean was a breeze to work with. I submitted a job over the weekend (and then had to correct the PDF I sent over) and the job was complete by Monday around lunch time. Communication was quick and polite and they called when the order was finished. I will definitely do business again.

I have used Bel-Jean numerous times and everything turns out beautifully! From wedding signage to my business hang tag cards, just lovely! The customer service is top notch! Lauren is especially helpful. She responds to my questions quickly and the print jobs are done so fast! The prices are reasonable too. This is the best local print shop in Athens and surrounding area. Don't hesitate to use them! Very satisfied.

Poor customer service, bad attitude of staff. Dropped an order off at 10, it took forever to be serviced even though the place had tons of staff some seemingly just hanging around and talking. We were told the order would be ready in one hour and they would call us. After an hour and fifteen we decided to go check and good thing we did! The woman helping claimed that a rush came in AFTER we got there so she simply did not send it to the printer. Then she said she got a phone call. Her attitude was gross, claimed being short staffed - we watched about 8 employees in the place in back, some printing, some helping another, whatever. After asking a few more questions, she got caught up in her lies. She don’t send the file to the printer because people walked in, she didn’t have time because she got a phone call, then it’s printing and she needed to check. And then total print time is only 30 minutes. She was extremely unapologetic and very clearly lying. I’d suggest not using this place. Management needs to not do walk in orders if the employees can’t be bothered to send something to print.
